Hands down the best BBQ in Boerne. I’ve given all the other local “favorites” a try and none of them compare. Klein’s never misses! Everything I’ve ordered has been amazing. On top of that, the staff is attentive, friendly, and fast. Always worth it.

Only going to comment on the BBQ. Brisket lacked flavor and spare rib was undercooked and had no bark. Cream corn was ok and beans were so so. Would I be back or recommend probably not.

Best barbecue I've ever had (and I'm 74). I wasn't very hungry, so I just got 1 rib with creamed corn and peach cobbler. I've never seen a rib like that. I took half the meat home. The corn and cobbler were excellent, too.
About their barbecue sauce. In all my years I have never even been tempted to buy barbecue sauce at a restaurant. 90% of the barbecue sauce I get is because a recipe for beans calls for it. In fact I normally don't even try it at restaurants. I don't know what it is, but I left with a bottle of their sauce. Had it on salmon yesterday. It's amazing.
The only ding I gave was for service. It's a fast food service environment where you order at the front, and they call your name. I mean...how many stars do you give for McDonald's service? It was fine.

Im not saying all the food is bad but we had the smoked brisket burger and I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Im not entirely sure what kind of meat was in there but it wasn't brisket. It tasted like greasy chorizo. Their merch is cool though!

Wasn't a welcoming atmosphere. Not rude, but not friendly either. No called out welcome or thank you for coming. First thing we tried was the tea while we waited for the food. Tasted really bad; fermented taste almost. Something in our food smelled awful as well. Couldn't pinpoint it. Side size portions of potato salad and pinto beans were good, but lacking taste. Overall a mid experience and will not be coming back.

I just paid $11 for the sliced brisket poor boy.
I’ve been going here for 10 years, and what I got today was pieces of dried brisket. It was not sliced brisket.
I don’t know how the new owners cook the brisket, but it’s not the way the previous owners did it for the last 30 years
