I’m not sure what most of these reviews are on about regarding food quality. Having ordered 3x seafood platter + frog leg for the table, I enjoyed every bit of mine as did my family. The gumbo (which doesn’t advertise shrimp) had 4-5 inside and was very tasty. The fried fish and shrimp were extremely good and obviously fresh from the fryer. I can only agree with the woeful decor. This is a new place though and have no doubt it will be spruced up.
Everything we had was AMAZING. The grilled Salmon was the most flavorful Salmon I have ever had. The staff was also super friendly with great service. Definitely adding this to this to our regular rotation.
Pros: Good waiter who was attentive and personable. The etouffee was good, but barely enough.
Cons: Why no green side dishes included with most entrees? How much can a small salad, coleslaw, or veggie cost them? The shrimp on my shrimp and grits were very small and overly salted. It did come with three skinny pieces of tough asparagus. My friend had a side of beans with her catfish which tasted like they came straight out of the can, and her fries were limp. Another...
