Made the mistake of ordering a house margarita. There was nothing about it that tasted anything like a margarita. It was terrible and undrinkable. When I complained, no solution was offered and I was still charged for it.

Everytime me and my work friends order ONLINE here, theirs is always something wrong with the order they either didn’t get it or they mess up our order. Everytime there is an issue with my order the people who work at the register always have an attitude. This atmosphere & the service overall is horrible. Not coming back.

Picture this: it’s a regular Wednesday night and you’re just trying to feed your family. You pick Las Palapas—seems like a safe bet. The waiter takes your order… then vanishes. Ten minutes later, they come back just to ask for the order again. Another ten minutes go by, and now they’re telling you half the menu is out of stock. Fast forward an hour and ten minutes, and your reward? Warm beer, cold food, and a mountain of disappointment. What a joke.

Service was good, food came out in a timely manner, but I ordered the ribeye steak (medium rare) and came out medium+ The front did a good job, cook needs to pay attention to detail.
Stopped in for a late night dinner and it was clean, staff friendly and great food at great prices! Xeauna was my server she friendly welcoming and excellent service!

I love the food here. Unfortunately, they forgot plastic silverware and napkins. We planned on parking and eating, but couldn't because it's impossible to eat an enchilada plate without a fork. We should have checked before we drove off.

This is the best Las Palapas! I've been to several and the food and service at the Boerne location is superior to all the others. Also the server Erika is the best. Always nice, friendly and helpful. She always remembers what I order. She is very much appreciated. There is also an older gentleman, I don't know his name, but he is also always very polite and helpful. Everyone there has always been great.
