Place is a train wreck. Extremely slow . Employees need training in customer service. Unfortunately i picked this place instead of my regular place in kerrville I thought it would be the same . WRONG!!!! Shout out to the employees
at the Little Caesar s in kerrville your doing a great job.👍

As a customer, this place has severely declined in quality. My breadsticks have been undercooked the last 3 or 4 times and the pizzas have been questionable. The pizza puffs... the 1st time I tried them they were dripping with grease. Same with the 2nd and 3rd time. I won't buy them again.

As a food delivery driver this place is horrible. I have noticed since last October that the entire staff has been wiped out at least 3 or 4 times and has been replaced with an even worse staff than the ones prior, and it keeps getting worse. The wait time for an order is a minimum 30 to 45 minutes but I've been known to wait more than an hour for someone's order to deliver.

I was there today picking up an order and I was the only person in there. The employee told me that it was coming out of the oven. 20 minutes later I was like- you said it was almost done??? The excuse was oh I don't know what that guy's doing back there. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I finally have an order to deliver. Between people coming in and trying get his attention in that 20 minute time span was impossible.

As both customer and delivery driver, the attitude of this establishment is deplorable. The single worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! I'm in this establishment almost every day, multiple times a day and while waiting, I see the poor attitude (and sometimes downright rude) that these employees and management have towards their customers and delivery personnel. They simply do not care about anything and take zero pride in putting out a decent product in a timely manner.

As someone who has been a customer and driver here for 3 years, I'm no longer a customer as of last week, and as someone who has to deliver orders from here, the reason your order has been reassigned to several drivers is because we only get $2 per delivery and we don't get paid to wait on anyone's order so we'll move on to the next order.

Who ever owns this location really needs to come in here and pay attention to what goes on here. Don't even get me started on the restroom. The sink has a decent layer of dust on it and clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while which makes me question if the toilet ever gets cleaned. Ewwwe.

Was charged twice for my order after showing the manager my bank statement showing both charges they still refused to give me my refund because I didn't have the receipt while the proof was in plain sight on my bank statement

Ordering on the App doesn't seem to produce the results that it states. Quality of food is not the best (slices are irregular shaped and toppings are scant) and customer service is non-existent. Only reason this isn't a 1-star review is that my kids still like the pizza. We will be looking for alternative places.

Each order continues to decline in both quality and service. To start, the worker handed me the wrong items. When I pointed it out, I was met with attitude, as though it were my fault. The pizza slices were unevenly cut, with no two pieces matching in size. The Crazy Bread was undercooked, nearly raw in some parts. Overall, a very disappointing experience and the worst to date.

I picked this up today and brought it home. I didn't think I needed to check and make sure a large section of toppings is inexplicably missing. The store was empty they were not too busy. Order 1045872. Update: their stated reason is "the bread does that sometimes"

Orders are never ready, take forever to get out. I used to order 2-3x a month but gave up entirely ~6 months ago.

Order is never ready even though it’s called in over an hour in advance. This last time spent an additional 30 mins waiting before I asked for a refund. Overall very unsatisfied. Never will be going again. Do yourself a favor and order dominos or Pizza Hut instead. Much quicker, much better.

What’s happened in the last few months? The quality is poor and the efficiency isn’t there. The whole point of the “Hot N Ready” is for it to be ready for the customer after a long day. I’m going to Little C’s to get a quick, cheap meal. I don’t understand why there isn’t constant production of pies before the dinner hour starts. It should not take thirty minutes to an hour for a Hot N Ready to be available. I don’t remember this Little Caesar’s being so poorly regulated in the past.

Not sure what the issue is here but this location takes 30+ minutes to make 1 pie. If you have any sense of urgency or have stuff to do you shouldn’t be visiting this location. They don’t seem to care at all about other people’s time of what they may have to do. Sat here over an hour for one pizza. Ludicrous.
