Every time...the order is an hour plus late...and the quality of our order in not good. Burnt to say the least and a pizza made wrong. This is the 3rd and last time I order from this location. Staffing issues are never corrected.

It blows my mind that people work in the service industry and forget the SERVICE part of the job. Little Caesar’s is about convenience and this location is anything but. Just spend $5 more and go to Dominos. It will save you 30+ minutes of waiting on incompetent individuals and your pizza will probably taste better.

Ordered the two large pepperoni online, and it said that it would be ready by 3:09-3:14 (about 30 minutes). Arrived at 3:13 and was told by the teenager at the counter that it was in the oven. The app said it went in the oven at 3:19, and it was done ten minutes later. Two others came in and got hit and ready (the same pizza) immediately. Ours were soggy and greasy.

We ordered food at 12:20pm, delivery time 12:57pm. At 1:15pm we get a message from the driver saying that this location is closed. If it is temporary closed why are they still accepting orders, why does it not say online, why is there no message for when you call this location. We waited on food for an hour until we were told by a 3rd party this location was closed.

Please believe all the bad reviews!! All the tables filled with people waiting on orders that seem to never get done. Walked in trying to get one order of crazy bread. Was told they were in the oven and it would be 10 minutes. I sat down. 8 minutes later a lady walked in and asked for crazy bread (she had not preordered) and they handed it to her. I spoke up and they said ‘oh yeah’ and handed me a bag. It was burnt, and cold at the same time. Dried up too. What a joke this place is. Never had a good experience here and will never return.

The whole point of hot and ready pizzas is to be... hot and ready. This location never has any pizzas ready no matter what time of day it is.

The pizza is great. It has the perfect crust. The bread sticks are buttery and hot. It seems they have a new team now and they are all learning the ropes. Customer service is politely well mannered.

Chloe is an absolute gem at Little Caesars! Every time I’ve come in, she’s been incredibly sweet, welcoming, and on top of things. You can tell she cares about her job and the customers. She moves efficiently, keeps the energy positive, and makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so kind and attentive—Chloe deserves all the praise! Little Caesars is lucky to have her. 🩵

I have nothing but good to say, there's a new night shift manager Austin. He's been such a pleasure to deal with for door dashing and as a customer myself. Keep up the good work everyone. Thank you

This place has gone down hill rapidly. There are never pizzas ready either for Togo orders or hot n readys. There seems to be no accountability to the staff. Someone desperately open up another franchise because this owner clearly does not care.

Old guy (was wearing a LC shirt) with some missing teeth said he was the manager and was crashing out in the lobby about not being able to make pizzas because morning shift didn't prep enough ingredients. He also had a wrist brace on his left arm, the ones people wear when they have a strain.
An older customer asked why during the dinner rush, blamed the day shift. Customer said (out of pocket in my opinion) the manager needed a new job if he was gonna be rude, to which the manager replied the customer needed a new life. Other employees looked uncomfortable and embarrassed during all of this.
I just had a pick up in the pizza portal and got my pizza. I found it all pretty funny and shared a chuckle with a customer that came in after me as I was leaving. The manager stepped outside shortly after I picked up my pizza.

Whoever is working the register right now needs to go back to elementary school. I stood there for 15 minutes while he tried to check one person out and couldn’t do simple math or work the register. He was still trying to figure it out when I had enough and walked out.
