The ONLY negative about service...The owners./managers are still putting the place for tips on orders and a tip jar on the counter. PAY your employees enough so that they don't have to beg for money. It is a self-order and self-pickup point of service. Tipping should not be a thing at the CASHIER.Parking: Regular free parking is in the rear.♿ Parking at the front door.Kid-friendliness: Play area in the back.Wheelchair accessibility: No issues for wheelchairs in restaurant ♿.Doors for restaurant are not automatic, though.

The service we received here was deplorable to say the least. We chose this restaurant in Boerne to have a lunch for our guests after the funeral for our Mother. This occurred on the 26th of February. We went a day ahead and spoke with the manager on duty and to pay the $100 deposit to secure the room they have upstairs. We were advised how the ordering process would go and that one person would be assigned to help us. We were assured that the room would be ready with a drink station to include ice, cups, tea, soda and water at 12:00. We left confident that this would all work out well and we had one less thing to worry about. I left immediately after the funeral to greet our guest as they arrived. We had about 30 guests. I found the door to our reserved room locked. After finding someone to unlock the door the room was dark and no preparations had been done as promised. I spoke with the manager on duty and he said he knew nothing of this. I explained the situation and let him know that we had paid the deposit the day before and our guests were on their way. His attitude was less than acceptable and he was of no help. We had to retrieve all of the ice and drinks and set the room up ourselves. We had our guests fill out their food order requests and took them down to be filled. Over an hour later I went down to check on the status of our food. I spoke with the manager again. He was just starting to enter our orders then. It took over an hour and a half for our guests to start receiving their food and some guests never received their order at all. This was the most embarrassing and humiliating experience for our family to have to go through with our guests. Our bill was well over $500.00 plus the deposit of $100.00. I sent an email to the director of operations two days after to describe our experience to have no response as of today, seven days later. If you are planning to have any kind of event at this restaurant you may want to reconsider. Happy to take your money and not provide the service.

Used to be my favorite burger spot in Boerne. No longer. Burgers just aren't as good as they once were. Also, last 2 times I've ordered a pickup order, the service was absolutely terrible. Last time we called in an order, the order took about 50 minutes after we arrived to get it.Today, I ordered online through their website and when I went to pick up the order they said they did not have an order from me. They told me I ordered 'Door Dash'. I've never used door dash as they do not deliver to my address. The two girls I was speaking with turned away and went on to help someone else. A guy in a gray shirt, who I later learned is named Adrian, came up to the counter and started fiddling with an electronic device without saying a word to me. After a while, I got his attention and he finally advised me the device he was fiddling with was the device where the order was supposed to come in. I waited a short time longer and then canceled my order online and when I advised Adrian, he said "OK". Not one time did he or anyone apologize for the problem or try to explain to me what happened.When I told him I would not be coming back and that this is they have screwed up my last two orders, his response was 'thank you for your feedback. Still no apology. As it turns out, there were two ladies standing there who were also having the same issue. One had ordered at the counter and the other had ordered Door Dash.Its obvious, this location has some serious issues.

We started eating at Longhorn Cafe on Harry Wurzbach in San Antonio many years ago. I haven't had a bad meal yet. The onion rings are perfect! It's a very busy place, but they try to keep up.

Probably one of the best hamburgers I've eaten in 10 years!!!Jalapeno burger came with double meat, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and mustard, on a wheat bun (extra .50 cents), with a "double" order of provolone cheese (extra $1.00). The deal included fries and a large drink all for under $14.00!!!One friend had the Big Juicy and the 50/50 which was half French fries and half onion rings, while my second friend had the Big Juicy with tater tots and large drinks... both approximately the same price as my meal.Burgers were juicy, plentiful on the fixings and plenty of jalapenos on my burger which I like!Everything was cooked fresh to order so it came out hot and ready to eat and the timely manner... old style restaurant where they call out your name to go pick up your food!Restaurant was laid out well and plenty of room to maneuver around. Tables and dining area very clean as are the restrooms...

Do not come here expecting fast food. With that said the food is damn good!!! Every ingredient tastes fresh and burger was not messy at all. Shout out to the cooks! Clean location. Great music. Tots were perfect. Toms of seating. Good parking. Very good prices for what you get. Highly recommend.

I had a doordash delivery. The Ranch wasn't substituted with gravy as I had asked. The chicken tenders were small & dry. Bland tasting. Burger was dry. Nasty!

This is one of my all-time favorite burger joints. This franchise could use an upgrade regarding the ordering process. The burgers are all too notch and very tasty. I haven't found a better bean burger anywhere else.
