Took a server 10 min after I sat down to come around, then was insulted for my order. Never was served salsa for chips. Watched 3 other tables larger than my own that sat down after I did get almost finished with their meal. After half an hour with no service, I went to leave and give a complaint. I was insulted again and told to never come back. Still charged $4 for 2 sodas

Dishonest business practice. I ordered the plate with two eggs and three silver dollar pancakes for my child. The gentleman said do you want the pancakes bigger and I said sure. At no point in time did he ever say that I would not get the plate and that the pancakes were going to cost $2.69 each and the eggs would be charged separately at $3.89. So, I ended up paying almost $12 dollars for a child’s meal. When I tried to talk to them about it, they said basically that is too bad, you have to pay for it anyway. I explained the waiter never said that he was going to charge me separately for everything and I had requested the meal that included the two eggs with the three pancakes. To me, this was a dishonest up charge that I was never informed about up front. I would have never ordered a nine-year-olds meal like that as I know he wouldn’t eat that much food. While I enjoy their food, and have enjoyed it in the past, this put a very bad taste in my mouth about providing them with any further business.

This was the second time I went and they need to be more people friendly,they are always kind of mad and made us feel like it was a bother,to ask for extra napkins or tortillas ,not a happy environment,and food was not any different then most Mexican restaurants in Bourne, we won’t go back

The Hispanic waitress Brenda is pretty much a racist. She argued with me for simply asking if their menudo was overly greasy.Many “good” restaurants will offer a small sample to let you decide if you’d like to order it. But racist Brenda decided to argue that they are a business not in the custom of good customer service.This low class racist certainly didn’t treat her other white customers with such a foul mouth.This type of behavior is typical in Texas from Hispanics who despise other Hispanics.My advice is that there are way better places to eat other than this cesspool of a restaurant.Zero tip, of course.

did not get a chance to taste the food we arrived and got seated and was served coffee and water and never came back. We waited 10 minutes looked around. We never saw her again-other waitresses walked by and looked at us and kept going. We were there about a year ago. We really enjoyed it-made a special trip across town just to come eat here. So we decided to pay for the coffee and mentioned to the girl tha t no one came back. She did not apologize. She seemed very indifferent gave me a cup and that was that-we will not be back.

The super nachos barely look super aside from being super dark and over cooked. Their tortillas are amazing and the rest is subpar. The service is absolutely horrible if you so much as mention food being burnt. It was darker than it should have been with black edge chips. It's burnt. I would have given more stars for the taste but the service was just that bad.
