Being from Sinaloa I have a very hard time finding good authentic Mexican seafood. I was lucky enough to had lived just down the street from this amazing food truck. They are absolutely delicious, the aguachile rojo is amazing as well as the aguachile cenizo. They use good quality and fresh ingredients. This is a family run business and they are just the nicest people, super friendly & great service. I can honestly say this business is better than El jefe baja style, I attached my order so you know Im given an honest review. I come back to el mini any time I can, they are worth the drive and the price. Give them a try you will be pleasantly surprised

A friend recommended this place and it is super fresh and tasty. Very nice family too! I had the aguachile negro. Perfectly prepared shrimp and flavorful spicy and acidity. Also had the ceviche. Equally great and delicious. Highly recommend!

Wow was this good! When I got here they had ceviche and tostadas left (is this called aguachile?). So glad they did—perfecto!

Food was delicious. We went a little late in the day (4PM) and they ran out of some of the menu items. Will be going back in order to try some those missing dishes. The place is small and not kid friendly but the food is on point. Will be going back!!

genuine hospitality food is delicious fresh highly recommend shrimp cocktail aguachiles now if you trying to serve a couple ppl minitosti doesn't disappoint

I highly recommend this place, I haven't had a good Michelada till NOW!!! Better than any seafood restaurants I have gone to. Y'all need to come try this you won't regret it.
