Papa Johns Pizza

My company orders from here all the time, but today when we placed the same order (7 medium pizzas) they told us that it was too many items. Ridiculous.

Ordered cheese pizza online . Received something which was not properly baked .We had to send directly to trash.

Order took longer than expected...we had to wait 15 minutes past our pick up time.

I mean it is a takeout pizza place nothing special but still good for quick and easy dinners.

We had a terrible experience ordering online at this PapaJohns Pizza, we ordered 2 large pineapple topping pizza and instead received a pepperoni pizza (we are pure vegetarian and don’t accept or bring meat in house) after returning it and complaining with the store manager she said she would send in another pizza. After a long wait we finally received them and guess what, they had out pineapple over top of the pepperoni and re send in the boxes!!!! Thats not just no professional but also very insensitive towards someone’s preferences! Never thought this is how Papa Johns treat their customers.we are going to be extremely cautious in trusting them. Think about someone allergic to certain foods , they just don’t care. When we called up again the manager didn’t even come to the phone. Bad CustomerSupport and worst experience!!

They delivered our pizza to the wrong address. We called and after some arguments they realized their mistake and offered to remake. Remade pizza took 2 hour (3 hours from original order), had some blonde hair in it and was missing extra sauces that we paid for.

Waited over 1.5 hours for a pizza that looked and tasted like it spent 50 minutes under a heat lamp and 45 minutes in a car (according to the tracker, it did....)Looking at the reviews, its clear the management doesn't read them or bother to respond.Try Marcos Pizza in Boerne, I should have done that this time around.
