I love the deep dish pan pizza but the last time I ordered it and went to pick it up when I got home it looked good until I lifted it out of the box. This wasn’t pan crust! It looked 2 thin pizza crust were smashed together to cook the pizza. I’m holding my pizza and there is literally a second crust hanging down. It was horrible. I didn’t call to complain I will just go to Marco’s from now on. You seriously need to get managers in there day and night shifts that will make sure the pizza makers and crust makers know what they are doing and that they are properly trained. It was a lot of new faces. I think it needs some hands on attention. It’s the Boerne Texas Pizza Hut. You need to get people in there quick who can make crust the right way and pizza the right way.

The worker stated they opened at 10:00 am but couldn't take my order because pizza was frozen. It would take 25 minutes before I could order anything.

The last two times my pizza was the worst I have ever had. Almost no cheese or sauce when I ordered extra of both...the pizza was nearly all crust. They need training on how to make a pizza

Had the choice of waiting 15-20 mins to get a hot little Caesars pizza. Decided to give pizza hut a try. Order online and apparently only got 1 of 2 pizza orders in. So had one hot pizza and another cold because I had to wait while they made the other one.
In total I waited about 30 mins. Worst choice of my life right here

Staff was very welcoming and immediately assisted me in making my order. Made it home with my order to realize that the cookie needed to be cooked longer so that it wasnt mushy. I willing to order from here again. I am going to start to fully checking my order to make sure its done.

Bro when i tell u they make their own hours based on how they’re feeling that day💀. I went once when it was posted that they had dine-in, and then when we got inside they said there was no dine-in so we just got to-go and left but the food was still pretty good. Just tonight though, we called AHEAD of time at 7:15 asking if the dining room was open. They said that it would be open until closing time which is at 10:30. We got there at 8:09 and they said they decided to close their dining room at 8 that night 💀 okay i’ll give u the benefit of the doubt or wtv so we leave for a time and decide maybe we should just get it to-go anyways since we really felt like pizza. TELL ME WHY WE PULL UP TO THE PIZZA HUT AT 8:31 AND ALL THE LIGHTS ARE SHUT OFF AND NO ONE IS TO BE FOUND OUTSIDE💀💀💀💀 GENUINELY WHAT IS GOING ON CAUSE THEY DESPERATELY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT IF U COULDNT TELL WITH ALL THESE AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, DISGUSTING, AND TRASHY REVIEWS. LIKE SRSLY DO BETTER BRO UR GONNA GONOUT OF BUSINESS 😭. also both times there was only one girl working there so i don’t blame her for closing the entire place
Placed an order on the Pizza Hut app today and got a message that it would be delivered by DoorDash. Went to check the status around what they said would be the estimated delivery time only to discover that they had cancelled my order without notifying me. Called the store to inquire and was placed on a very long hold. They came back on the line to get my address, then said they didn’t know why my order had been cancelled. They offered to remake and repeated back the wrong address for confirmation. Told them to forget it and went with Marco’s instead. I want to be a Pizza Hut customer, but they don’t make it easy.
