Food is just ok

I guess shrinkflation is real. The chicken pieces were cut in halves the size of what they used to be. The girl who dropped off my curbside order ran and didn’t even bother turn around when I asked for ketchup.

Went during lunch time and the line was really long. But I'm glad I waited. Customer service was awsome. Line moved very quickly. Food was delicious

They make chicken strips, good chicken strips. They also make good krinkle fries, Texas toast, and slaw. The canes sauce is also *chefs kiss* definitely a solid fast food option.

Three-piece combo comes with 3 strips, fries, Texas toast, and drink. Fountain drink machine in the seating area has the normal choices. Wife says the sweet tea is great.

Fix your DRINK HOLDERS we loose our drinks from time to time your DRINK HOLDERS are awful!!!!

Raising Cane’s in Boerne is exactly what you’d expect—friendly service and the usual Cane’s menu. Nothing out of the ordinary, but if you’re craving chicken fingers and that sauce, they deliver. The place is clean, the staff is polite, and the food is consistent. No complaints, no surprises—just classic Cane’s.

I went through the drive-through and they forgot a chicken finger on one of our orders so I went inside to let them know looked like they lady had a fit she made a face and added one in my box and threw my box at the cashier. I find that very unprofessional and disrespectful but yet you are paying for their food It’s not like you’re asking it for free! we go there at least three times a week and this has been one of the worst customer service I have experienced.

Came through the drive through. When I received my meal the chicken was dry, bread was cool like it had been out for a while and when I open the combo it smelled like the chicken was cooked in old oil. This was my first and last time at this location.

Loved this place not a bad thing to say about their grub other then dare I say church's chicken may be beat..
