I just dont understand whats so good. The sauce is sub par, the chicken is fresh but nothing special, the fries weren't the best. Other places like Zaxby's, Foosackly's, and a few other chicken joints have taken this concept and sauces and made it 10x better for the same prices or better pricing. Idk, its like the Martha Stewart of chicken to me.

Ordered Sprite and was given water. Chicken strips were missing breading, soggy and had no flavor like boiled chicken. Fries taste old and rubbery. Another place I won’t be going back to. Didn’t know Cane’s could be bad.

Younger staff, but motivated, courteous, and delivering customer service like seasoned pros.

Some summer nights it can feel a bit like a high school hangout, but that mostly provides a little free entertainment for people-watching and does not negatively impact the experience.

The iced tea is top-shelf, the food comes out fast, and it arrives hot — like, caution-hot.

Even though they were about 15 minutes from closing, Jacob at the front never made us feel rushed. He offered our service dog a treat, was genuinely friendly, and since we had not tried the Cane’s sauce before, the kitchen included a complimentary Cane’s sauce sample with our meal.

Generally, it is rare to find people, especially younger people, who seem to truly enjoy their work, so it is nice walking into a place where the staff seem genuinely happy to be there.

Curbside delivery never works. Always find myself waiting and eventually having to go in and grab it. Why offer this service?
Also, the size of the chicken strips has greatly decreased and the price has greatly increased! Small portion of French fries also. Be better.

I would love to leave a good review, but the service was terrible. I ordered a family-size order of fries but was given a single-serving size instead; naturally, I had to ask about it—otherwise, they would have been the most expensive fries I’ve ever eaten. I also had to practically choke down my food because it took them so long to bring me my gallon of sweet tea. Honestly, I’ve had better chicken tenders. I definitely will never return.

Had not been in a while. Wife wanted it for a quick dinner. We noticed it was very busy as we waited in the drive through. When we got to the window to pick up our food, the smell of burnt oil wafting out of the pick up window was a force. Unfortunately the chicken strips tasted the same as the burnt oil smelled. Probably an off night. But QC should be better for the price you pay.

This is the second time I've ordered from Curbside Pickup, and I waited over 20 minutes in the Curbside Pickup parking lot, and no one brought my food. I went inside to see what was happening, and they had left the food on a pickup table. The food was cold. If they're not going to provide curbside service, they should remove Curbside Pickup from the system... Last time I order from this place.
