Me and my husband just went here for the first time today and we had a great time. It’s a really nice winery in the hill country. Plenty of shade to sit outside or a nice air conditioned tasting room if you want to sit inside! We enjoyed all the wines we tried and left with a nice bottle of Merlot. We will be back!

What a wonderful vineyard and winery. This was our first time in Texas and we visited Saint Tryphon Vineyards based on Google. It didn't disappoint! Silouan was so very inviting and took time to talk to us about each of his wines. We had a great time chatting with him. The wines were very good! Don't miss your opportunity to visit this winery!

We had an incredible experience at Saint Tryphon, and Marco was a big part of what made it so memorable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the story behind each wine we tasted. Marco’s friendly demeanor and excellent service elevated our visit, making it one of the best wine tastings we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a fantastic experience, be sure to ask for Marco—he truly goes above and beyond!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting recently and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Upon arrival, the serene countryside and beautiful scenery immediately set the stage for a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle.

The tasting room, filled with cozy decor and stunning artwork, creates an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Our tasting journey began with the 2023 Pet Nat Sparkling Rosé, which was bursting with elegant strawberry notes—such a lovely start!

Next, we enjoyed the rare Sangiovese from Newsom Vineyards. It boasted a vibrant jammy nose and a delicious balance of cherries, showcasing its light and refreshing character. The Merlot, also from Newsom, delivered rich blackberry flavors reminiscent of classic Washington State Merlot—absolutely delightful!

One standout for me was the Mourvèdre, which had an earthy and primal profile with captivating tannins. We also tried their signature Triptych Red Blend, featuring angelica with peppercorn spice, soft ganache notes, and a touch of Sriracha for added complexity. Finally, the bold Double Falcon, with 59% cab, offered intense dark cherry flavors that would pair perfectly with a great steak.

I can't recommend St. Tryphonenough! Their wines are exceptional, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Make sure to stop by if you're in the area—I know I'll be back! 🍷🌄

We were looking for a great chill experience after visiting a nearby cave and this winery appeared to be a hidden gem that had the utmost appeal. Very cozy place with great people and fantastic wine!!!☺️

Hello my good people. I was visiting some friends who took us to this wonderful place. I am not much of a wine drinker, but whenever I have a glass I want it sweet. So the owner’s wife, sorry I forgot her name, suggested their dessert wine. I remember her saying there was apricot in it. So I said sure. I LOVED IT!!! If I drank wine regularly, I would have purchased a bottle, but with me it would just sit in the fridge for months ??‍♀️. Anyway, I thought it was great so if you are like me and prefer it sweet, this is the wine to get. We also ordered the charcuterie box. I will include the picture. I enjoyed that as well. Lots of great things included. We were able to speak to the owner, I forgot his name too ??‍♀️. They are such a nice couple and I could tell he takes pride in what he does and quality is important to him, this is why he makes a great product. So happy for them. So, if you’re in Boerne or anywhere near there, stop on over and support them. That’s all I have for you today. Until next time ??‍♀️

What an incredible place! The server (wish we could remember his name) was knowledgeable, personable, and actually sat down and explained all the wines to us. Super cute, great atmosphere, and great wines. Out of the three we visited, this was our favorite!

I believe you could have an ok time at any drinking establishment, so what’s sets ST apart from other wineries around the area is the people who are apart of their establishment. 1. One of the owners saw my party walking my grandmother in and messaged me to move my car to the closer lot for her. 2. Marco was our wine tasting guide for the afternoon- he was absolutely amazing- knowledgeable, funny and interacted with us as well. The wine was great but the people made the afternoon completely wonderful.

A little expensive and out of the way but generally very friendly and knowledgable staff. Comp'ed our tasting randomly.

Absolutely LOVE Saint Tryphon. Not only is their wine top notch - but Sil and Andrea and Marco are just the best people! Today they had a gelato and wine pairing for members, followed by a pickup party where they made delicious pizzas for everyone. No other winery in the area does so much for their members. If you haven’t tried Saint Tryphon - you have to check it out!
