I use to love this place! This visit was horrible. I drove from SA for a late lunch for my birthday. Our waitress took our order and served us our drinks. Never saw her again. I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings. My wings had minimal flavor. I would have asked for extra garlic parmesan but the waitress never checked on us. The beer was cold and good. I would have loved a 2nd one. We went to the front to pay since we never received the bill. The waitress came and I explained. Her response, sorry and handed me the ticket. I said I came here for my birthday. Still just I'm sorry and walked away. I asked someone else for the manager. Same response, I'm sorry with no concern. I'm so happy the people that were suppose to join couldn't make it. I will never recommend Sauced again. The only good thing was the beer but you can't get more than one.
The wings were good. The service was a bit slow. The atmosphere was good. All in all it was a decent experience. I had wings with Cajun rub and they were decent.

the praline pie a la mode was soo pretty and delicious😻the ice cream was good too, not just like any cheap store bought ice cream, it was really creamy and yummy. I will be back

This place is great. The foods good, the people are nice and the atmosphere is great. The only thing that kills it is its pricing. $30 for 20 wings, that’s $1.5 a wing, kind of crazy.

First time here and it was pretty good. Our server was on point her name was Hailey G. The food was great and was able to watch the Longhorns play. My Son had the garlic parmigiana wing and Jamaican jerk wings. He said that the spice was perfect and the ranch dipping sauce was amazing. The balance of garlic to parmigiana was also great. I had the honey sriracha and peach habanero wings. They were both delicious not as spicy as I thought. Military friendly establishment which is always great to see and hear 🇺🇸. I will be definitely coming back to try other sauces! Keep it up!
Great atmosphere, great service - far less than acceptable food. The wings we ordered were mostly coating and a little chicken. My wife's ceasar salad was a joke and the french fries weren't even close to good. None of the food that we or the people with us ordered would I consider good.

We really like Sauced. The lemon pepper wings are delicious, and big. Buffalo chicken sandwich has a huge filet, you can easily feed two people. The salads are always so fresh, and even the cheeseburger is good. Atmosphere is pretty cool, but I wish they would get better chairs. We usually order to go though, since we live a block away.

Servers standing around with what appeared to be the manager, talking, as opposed to caring for clients.

Disappointed with Our First Visit
I recently moved to Boerne and heard great things about Sause Wing Bar—many said it was the best wing spot in town. I thought it would be a great choice for a work lunch with the office, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype.
Our order was ready 15 minutes later than promised, and one of the meals was completely incorrect. I had ordered the Class 5 wing piece with Medium Buffalo sauce, but the sauce was separated—half of it was just oil. I could only manage to eat one wing. I also ordered the mac and cheese, which was undercooked and had a lumpy, hardened cheese sauce.
We called to have the order remade, and while they agreed to do so, we were charged again for their mistakes. My assistant picked up the replacement and paid for it, not realizing we were being double-charged—so I ended up covering the cost myself.
Overall, this was not a great first impression. The food quality was poor, and the customer service didn’t make up for it. Disappointed and unlikely to return.
