Check your order before you leave—especially the drive thru! Ordered three sandwiches with items to be left off and all three INCLUDED the items we asked to be omitted. Only the chips were correct.
Inside cashier has no customer skills. Very unfriendly and acts like she doesn't want to be there. It wasn't busy so no reason for her lack of customer service.
Even breakfast at Sonic was short staffed and the guy at the drive through had a great attitude.
I just want to give a huge shout out! I ordered online and I guess door dash does the pickup, well when the guy got to my house he did not have the gallon of sweet tea or chips, he didn’t seem like he was going to do anything about it. I call the store and let them know that I didn’t get the tea or the chips and explained to them that I would come get it but the reason I ordered online at Schlotzskys was because I am currently undergoing chemo treatment and unable to drive,...read full review
