I am sad I absolutely love schlotzsky's and this was the first time my service was not a 100% the cashier was short with me and did not give me my receipt so I am missing out on my points. I even asked her and she said it's in the bag the paper in the bag was a grill tag.
Most of the time, it is last minute drive thru. But, i appreciate that i can get a good salad or sandwich. The line can back up a bit, but I just use the time to return calls/text.

Schlotzkys is my guilty pleasure bit in recent weeks the protein on sandwiches has slowly diminished. Last week seemed to be significant! I just pawned it off to a “bad day”. This week my sandwich was complete lettuce ! I will not , return.

Have never seen such god awful workers I asked for a simple cinnamon roll the waiter handed me a uncooked one almost dropping it to the floor and barley cared I will never be going to this location
