I'm visiting from North Carolina and my friends took me to several wineries in Fredericksburg. On our way back to San Antonia, they said we definitely have to stop here!!! I'm so glad we did!!! This place is beautiful and it has a lot of history! I loved the atmosphere inside the tasting room and outside!!! I really wished we could have stayed longer!!! I decide to do tasting. I really enjoyed the Chardonnay, Merlot, Muscat Canelli and the Muscat Canelli Reserve. Yes, I like sweet and dry wines!! Doug and Mark were absolutely a delight!! They made this experience absolutely wonderful!!! We really enjoyed talking to them. I will never forget them!!! I had an awesome time there. I was also excited to get bubble pouches for my wines as I'm flying back to NC. Looking forward to visiting Texas and Sister Creek Vineyards again!!!!

My husband and I took my 90 year old Dad to Sister Creek as part of a day out enjoying a Spring day in the Hill Country. The vineyard has a rustic Texan vibe. We enjoyed the wine tasting, and we were really appreciative that they brought the wine tasting outside, so that my Dad could enjoy the experience too!

Sister Creek Vineyard is a not-talked-about-enough treasure. The wine, both ref and white, are simply delicious! The relaxed, quant atmosphere is perfect for a temporary getaway from life's stresses. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, and very attentive. I enjoy Sister Creek so much, I joined the Wine Club on my last visit. I highly recommend spending some relaxing time, while drinking delicious wines.

Lettie was so great! We had the best time and ended up buying way more wine than we planned for because it was so good. It was time and money well spent. We can’t wait to come back!

Cute place. Very unique. I think I would like the wine, but the amount of the taster was not enough to really tell the difference between the dry reds. The person who was working with us was less than knowledgeable about the wine. I was also surprised at how they continued to push the wine club before we really even got to taste the wine. Over priced for what we got. Overall disappointing.

We were very disappointed in the very small pours for the tasting-not even enough to even taste! I think the wines may have been good, but I'll never know! I would say hardly even a teaspoon if that! 5 teaspoons for $19! Not a good value at all, and the hostess had no idea. Sorry, I can't recommend this place.

I stopped here after it caught me eye while driving through Hill Country, Texas. I visit Hill Country to collect fossils there, and to take photographs in the spring of the beautiful wild flowers. Well, I do enjoy wine, and thought I'd at least get a tasting, just to see what they have to offer. One sip of their Muscat Canelli and oh my my my I was hooked; it was like I finally found a taste of Heaven! Okay, at this point you're like, "come on, man.." -but it's the light carbonation, the sweetness, the taste of the outdoors etc that like their description, does indeed taste like summer in a bottle. I bought 12 bottles of it, and a bottle of most of their other offerings (which were all delicious too), and I wound up drinking them in less than a month - and I don't drink much wine! I understand that the taste of win is a personal thing, and their wines may not be for everyone, but I suggest you stop there and at least check them out, as you might be pleasantly surprised, or, you may find a wine you'd been seeking for a long time and didn't think exists.

Today stopped at Sister Creek Vineyard. We were asked if we wanted to taste the wines they were serving. For context we were served maybe 1/2 of each sample, so total between the 5 samples we had maybe 3 to 4 oz of wine. We picked a favorite perched a glass. A glass was $11, filled to the top. For comparison our samples for all the wine was just over half. We were going to purchase a bottle to take that cost $23.00 for the entire bottle. Had our glass went to pay and we were charged $19.00 each for the 3-4 oz samples. I asked the employee if we were charged for the very small samples, she said yes, and they charge $35 in Fredericksburg. We had just visited three other wineries in Fredericksburg and each place was more than happy to provide free small samples of there wine, because the bigger picture was the glasses we purchased and subsequent bottles. Flights in each place in Fredericksburg varied in price from $17 - $ 25 dollars, none were $35. Flights are different and are at least 2-3 oz per glass usually 5 glasses so about the equivalent to 10 - 15 oz which is the reason for the price difference. Today I felt taken advantage of. Total bill was $69.00 for two glasses of wine and very small tastings. For that price I could have purchased 3 bottles of wine. Hate to submit a bad review, but this was terrible. I encourage the owner to provide me with a means to contact to speak about this. Sadly I can not recommend this winery. I suggest driving by and keep your money.

Miss Jessica was awesome. She multitasked her way through everything and still managed to tend to us and multiple customers coming in. She described every wine in a very unique way that I was able to understand as a new wine taster myself. She was patient and kind and allowed us to view how the wine was made. Its got a rustic outdoor look but vice your inside ambience was beautiful.

Took a girls trip from San Antonio to Sisterdale to visit the vineyards. We had a great time learning about the winemaking process and touring the winenary. We sampled wine and got educated on each by the winemakers wife. It was a really fun experience and I loved the rustic and chill vibe of the whole place. The wine was delicious and I definitely brought a bottle home with me.
