Smoke in the Hills catered my friend's wedding this weekend. Not only was the food and beverages fantastic (definitely have their strawberry lemonade!), but they remained onsite for the duration of the event. Instead of disappearing the moment the food service was completed, they were constantly coming through the room picking up empty plates and cups. We were seated right next to where they were serving but didn't even notice when they moved the drink station from one place to another as they made no noise whatsoever. Their staff were all friendly and attentive and the food was fabulous! I only wish they had a storefront location.... I need some more of that potato salad.

A true local all family run business and the next I’ll call when in need. They simply go out of their way to exceed expectations.Asked them on a friend and my behalf (we paid) to serve the Sheriff and all his Deputies along with First Responders dinner 2 nights in a row. Made so much that they even made to go meals for those getting off their shift to feed the families! THAT is serving our community and those who protect us. We love that they are family owned and operated. Our guests and ourselves loved the food. They did such a good job. Everything is fresh, well made and delicious. They have options for plating and love that they include appetizers. We met with a couple of caters who may have had the option but was at an additional cost. Thank you guys again for everything!!! Our daughter had a beautiful out door wedding in Center Point, Tx with 80 people from out of town. We had a BBQ for them the day after the wedding as a thank you for their travels and to spend more time with them. There were people from all corners of the world and wanted them to have some Texas BBQ. Smoke in the Hills made us proud! Everyone raved about the food...especially the brisket.Smoke in the Hills was not only delicious, they were on time, professional, and very helpful. They thought of everything.Thank you Kelly & husband, for making this event go so well!

Everybody loved it, they were super efficient, EXTREMELY nice, and took tons of worry away from our day. We cannot recommend them enough as they were great throughout the entire COVID process which included us moving our date.
