Ordered online and made 2 simple switches to the recipe by switching protein for protein and milk for milk, as well as adding almond butter. I do this regularly at other locations and have never had a quality issue. This was the worst smoothie I’ve ever had from Smoothie King, I would not revisit this location.

My daughter and I visited smoothie king on a Friday morning before school, a high traffic time. I ordered on the app prior to our visit. Tamala went above and beyond to make our order correctly. The order took longer than expected, but she communicated her apologies, as it was very busy. I can not speak highly enough about her customer service and positive attitude. She really made my day being so upbeat and amazing!

Always greater with a smile and always tries to make sure I take advantage of any offers available. I also like the special dietary options always available. Inside is always clean and tidy in appearance and the folks working at this Boerne location are always kind and friendly. A+++
Absolutely wonderful experience. The smoothies were amazing, but the five minute interaction I had with them absolutely made my day. They took time out of their day to ask me how mine was. Even though I could tell they were busy. The drinks were ready right when I walked in. I cannot recommend this place enough. All of the coworkers were amazing, and the drinks are up to par.

Sunday afternoon. The music was so loud I could not hear the girl taking our order. As we waited for our smoothies. The 3 girls working repeatedly threw things around making even more noise.
Their next flaw was that they didn’t charge us for a bag of chips even though she saw my daughter take the chips off the wall and place it in front of us during our order. As we completed the order I got the sense from the the girls that they didn’t charge for the chips. Though I could t verify bc I chose no receipt. So I asked and they said no. I just don’t think it’s wise to have the only employees working to be high school aged girls. They aren’t assertive enough to stop and apologize to a customer for not ringing up an item and to ensure that it got rung up. They also just simply unaware of how the music type and volume impacts the environment for the customers. Their loud noisy kitchen manners on top of the loud music was annoying.
Lastly my daughters smoothie tatsed very different then it usually does and we order the same thing every time. However couldn’t do anything about it as we have already left when she first tasted it.

once a cashier charged us for the wrong drink, and when we went inside to get the replacement ( instead of blocking the drive through), the same cashier was in the middle of a rant loudly telling the whole store " that b----" . the boss later told us she wasn't clear who the offending employee was. so clearly the four employees that heard it lied to the boss, or the boss chose not to believe us.
