If you know about the local bk delays a few years back where it took years to get your food, this place is worst. You'll be sitting in the drive thru 15-30 minutes for just 1 car to move.
With that time you might as well go to HEB and get the ingredients to cook yourself.

Staff very unfriendly, slow, and not service minded. They hand out the drinks, dripping soda, soda all over the outside of the cup, and acted very impatient and rude when I asked if I could wipe it off before it trashed my car. LOVE Sonic.....question this one. Has run out of straws before and yesterday they ran out of ice cream before 2pm.

Went on a Wed only 1 car ahead of us. The young lady kept repeating the order wrong, and lo and behold, the order was fixed wrong. We were not handed a receipt, so we couldn't verify that what we were handed was what we were charged, so we informed the gentleman at the window of all the facts. He fixed the order but was extremely rude.

The Sonic, Store #3851, in Boerne Tx is disgusting.; the tots were over cooked and over salted the footling was over salted and they didn't even put any condiments on the burgers I got for family not even a pickle. How on earth are they still opened. I'm not from Boerne, Tx, obviously. My family and I are from near by but we came to have a family outing at the AMC Classic 11, wonderful theater. So to feed the kids before the movie we went to Sonic, because that Resteraunt chain is know to be reasonably priced. That was our mistake. They couldn't get the order right and the food sucked which made my family's Event almost unpleasant. The only bright spot was the AMC Classic 11 Theater. Next time my daughter in law and I will go look around Boerne and see if there are any descent restaurants in the area because from the looks of that beautiful little town it's full of high-end, high-brow charm.

Got two smash burgers. The way they come and 2 drinks. Once we got home realized BOTH burgers were regular patties and one was NOT done. Literally everyone you think they have it together they disappoint!! $22 for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. AND NOONE will answer the freaking phone!! I have called 5 times!!!
