So I was using the App to order and it was not working when I checked out and error. I was just trying to order a large sweet tea. The store refused to honor the half price app deal and took 20 mins to serve me a sweet tea and full price. Poor management and service!

I usually have a great experience here! But today I got tater tots in the mobile order lane that were caked in salt. This was not a little extra. This was like putting a spoonful of salt in your mouth. Needless to say they are inedible. I tried wiping the salt off for my kids but they were still too salty to eat. Sorry I left a tip.

This is the worst staffing I’ve ever seen. They all suck at their jobs. There’s no sense of urgency and they don’t communicate. They were all out of cookie dough. My wife ordered ice cream with cookie dough. They just brought out a straight up vanilla thing hoping we wouldn’t notice. I went to the drive through and that’s when they told me they were all out of cookie dough. Do we got brownie instead. They threw on like 3 brownie chunks and chocolate flakes on the top. Not even mixed it and tried to hand it to us covered in ice cream. I’m not one to do online reviews but these guys suck big time. Get them out of here

I’m usually not the one to complain, but what I saw I had to. While waiting for drinks at the drive thru I saw the cashier girl with bare hands grab a hand full of ice to fill a cup up and whip her hands on her shirt. Like clearly the ice scoop is right there. But instead she grab ice with her hands to fill some customer drink. What’s not sanitize is that she has long nails and did that!!

The person that came to deliver food couldn't smile to save her life. They got my drink wrong. Then the crispy fries were extra crispy and didn't want my son to lose any teeth so i got it and requested fresh fries. I smiled and was polite but that didn't seem to matter. The outside parking area is also dirty. Just seems like an unhappy place. We'll drive to a different location next time. Looking for better service and better food without negative atmosphere.
