This is the worst staffing I’ve ever seen. They all suck at their jobs. There’s no sense of urgency and they don’t communicate. They were all out of cookie dough. My wife ordered ice cream with cookie dough. They just brought out a straight up vanilla thing hoping we wouldn’t notice. I went to the drive through and that’s when they told me they were all out of cookie dough. Do we got brownie instead. They threw on like 3 brownie chunks and chocolate flakes on the top. Not even mixed it and tried to hand it to us covered in ice cream. I’m not one to do online reviews but these guys suck big time. Get them out of here

I’m usually not the one to complain, but what I saw I had to. While waiting for drinks at the drive thru I saw the cashier girl with bare hands grab a hand full of ice to fill a cup up and whip her hands on her shirt. Like clearly the ice scoop is right there. But instead she grab ice with her hands to fill some customer drink. What’s not sanitize is that she has long nails and did that!!

The person that came to deliver food couldn't smile to save her life. They got my drink wrong. Then the crispy fries were extra crispy and didn't want my son to lose any teeth so i got it and requested fresh fries. I smiled and was polite but that didn't seem to matter. The outside parking area is also dirty. Just seems like an unhappy place. We'll drive to a different location next time. Looking for better service and better food without negative atmosphere.

They had no ice cream. How could a Sonic have no ice cream??? No shakes, Sonic Blasts, dirty sodas, sundaes…nothing. Then they got my (very simple) order wrong. The woman working was very kind though.

Don't eat here. Liquid was flying out of my rear and hit parts of the toilet I've never hit before.
Ordered cream slush and garlic butter burger. Hadn't eaten anything all day. 6 hours later true horror.
Makes it worse is the damn lady gave me that food with a smile

If you know about the local bk delays a few years back where it took years to get your food, this place is worst. You'll be sitting in the drive thru 15-30 minutes for just 1 car to move.
With that time you might as well go to HEB and get the ingredients to cook yourself.
Staff very unfriendly, slow, and not service minded. They hand out the drinks, dripping soda, soda all over the outside of the cup, and acted very impatient and rude when I asked if I could wipe it off before it trashed my car. LOVE Sonic.....question this one. Has run out of straws before and yesterday they ran out of ice cream before 2pm.
