They had no ice cream. How could a Sonic have no ice cream??? No shakes, Sonic Blasts, dirty sodas, sundaes…nothing. Then they got my (very simple) order wrong. The woman working was very kind though.

Went on a Wed only 1 car ahead of us. The young lady kept repeating the order wrong, and lo and behold, the order was fixed wrong. We were not handed a receipt, so we couldn't verify that what we were handed was what we were charged, so we informed the gentleman at the window of all the facts. He fixed the order but was extremely rude.

Went to sonic the other day and i had such good service , I was helped by an employee. I believe her name was konstance. She repeated my order to me and ensured everything was right! It was quick and my food was fresh and hot. She was super kind and gave amazing service I decided to go back and get another meal and I went through the stalls and I had another great encounter with another employee and her name was Miranda.
