I haven’t stepped foot in a Starbucks in years but I was driving through the area and needed to use the bathroom so I decided to buy something. After doing a few U-turns to get into this ridiculously small and crammed parking lot, I finally walked in.

I have never seen slower employees in my life, and I worked my bum off at a busier Starbucks in high school and college. I walked in and at least 15 people were waiting for drinks. Employees walking around slower than a sloth. Seeing this I decided on something easy like a cold brew. Nope! I was told it would take 20 min. How do you not have a jug of this premade in a fridge? I asked for hot coffee poured over ice. Nope! They’re not even allowed to do that. It might be unsafe for little Jayden to do that.

Starbucks is a joke and most of their drinks are giant adult sippycups of candy that cause diabetes. I bet the dentists in town love this.

Whoever picked this location to design and build a Starbucks should be fired. Everything is cramped and hard for people to drive in and out.

Ordered two drinks. And one had the wrong inclusion in it so I went back to ask for it to be remade. The blonde ish light brown curly haired girl remade my drink for me and had not great costumer service. If a drink gets messed up you apologize and just remake it. You don’t have attitude and act as I’m being rude and bothering you because my drink was wrong. Even if you’re stressed out bc you have a lot of orders. I wouldn’t have had to come back if it was made right in the first place. Not even an apology for it being made wrong . Or even a “ sorry about that ,have a great day “ and when I asked for a long straw bc the dispenser had only two short straws in it. She tossed the container of straws on the counter and walked away. Will not be coming back. There is amazing staff here and even while being short staffed they are usually very friendly. I definitely recommend this store for being great but train your staff better.

This is the slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. The line is always wrapped around the building at out onto the road. What is the problem here? Starbucks is a major corporation I know they can afford to hire a few more employees to get this operation moving faster.

Overpriced and the coffee is terrible. This location is inconveniently placed and cars back up along the road to get in the drive through.

I would not normally take the time to rate a Starbucks. I did not want to go here because the line to the drive up was super long. It pretty much moved right through and we had our coffees quickly. They were good as well.

These poor baristas! They are so kind and you can tell they are frustrated with the situation. They are ALWAYS under staffed, so yes it is super slow service. Sweet workers but managers need to do better.

Worst customer service at any Starbucks I ever went to! The girl Alicia took my order and I ordered 3 drinks and 2 cake pops, she repeated the order back and my friend agreed he heard it correct too. Took 10 mins to get our two drinks and one didn’t have the cold foam I payed for so I asked for them to add some. The guy at the register did it, and I asked how much longer on my last frappe, he said he was getting it. 20mins later and we are really upset wondering where it is and we asked again, they said someone took it so they made it again but it turns out they remade the same drink we already got, and never rung up the 3rd drink we were supposed to get and waited on for 20mins. Thinking he would at least give us the remake of what he made of the drink we already got, he tried to charge me for the 3rd drink we never got after waiting 30mins and when I said nvm bc I was late to a party he said ok have a nice day and threw it in the trash while looking at me with a rude look. $22 for 2 coffees, 2 cake pops, and a wasted 30mins for a drink they never even wrung up and for the rudest customer service!!! Never go here

The worst thing is the fatal service. Today Saturday 16 November at 6:40pm I have been visiting this Starbucks's in Boerne for 12 years, then they committed a racist act with my daughter and my friend where the 3 girls who were serving us disrespected us. There are cameras where you can have proof that what they did was an act of racism with us, the young woman named Nataly, tall, thin white, went and yelled at us things that for me were out of place. Seeing the way they treated me was sad, the story has never made me feel so humiliated in Starbucks's. I hope the managers take into account this act of young people who do not measure and do not respect customers when I come in to ask the name of the girl who disrespected me. I asked one of the girl's name because I wanted to speak with the manager. What took me by surprise was that she said it wasn't a big deal and that the manager wouldn't say anything to them or the girl named Nataly, that was so disrespectful of her to say, because it wasn't her business, plus she was laughing about it with her friends. Starburck's was a place where I felt confident buying and I felt welcome now I'm even afraid to leave because I feel vulnerable when I realize that the superiors do not care about the client. It's a shame I never thought I would say this but I don't think I would be valued more as Customer in Boerne Starbucks.
