I ordered online, I walked in & there is no AC, I kid you not it is hotter inside Subway than it is outside….its over 100 degrees here in Boerne. The elderly employee at the register looked as if she was going to pass out & the customer infront of me even offered to get her a drink. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE & INHUMANE to stay open in 100+ degree weather with no AC. Calling Subway & VMBOX FULL. I did report to Kendall county Health department.

They never have ice so up-charge for bottled drinks. I can come after lunch hour and place is filthy and they’re standing around. Management, please do better, it’s obvious you can care less for this establishment.

Beware this Subway Does Not Accept Subway Coupons. There are no signs stating this policy anywhere visible in the restaurant. The employee at the register was unhelpful and unapologetic. I was only informed after my order was complete that they don't accept them. If I had known upfront, I would not have visited this location.
Note to management: If you're not going to accept and honor Subway coupons, please post it on the main door and at the counter where you place orders! This would help with any confusion.

I’m displeased with this location. Unfortunately, they don’t offer through the app unlike the other locations that allow deals. Not sure if it’s foot traffic is higher here or the franchise owner is wanting to cut back on customers getting deals and losing money. To also note, it seems the owner has also turned off AMEX transactions at this location, so if you only have the AMEX CC on you avoid this location as you won’t be able to buy anything.
I strongly advise the owner/operator to allow coupons and the use of an AMEX cc. I will be going to other locations that care.

Great stop assisted by Caleb, a very kind employee that helped me with my order. Ingredients and store were standard, Caleb's assistance was fantastic. Very considerate, attentive, and ready to assist with what was thrown at him.
I've eaten at this Subway a few times before, if they continue to staff it with more people like Caleb: Might be stopping in more!

Today, Nov 4, 2024, came to get 3 subways. There was this young kid looking around laughing ( the server)not making eye contact with me, the customer, and telling me I couldn't understand you, but he couldn't look at my face really it took about 20 minutes to get my order ready... the lady was berry nice but not the young men he was rude. Served # 8592

My husband and I ordered food through the SUBWAY® app. When we received our order, the sandwiches were not correctly made.
I called the store and the girl who answered seemed hesitant to want to answer the phone (noting as well that this was my second time calling in, the first time it just rang and rang before telling me that their voicemail box was not set up).
When I told her the order was wrong she asked for the name on the order, and then immediately told me I had the wrong store. I called through the app, and confirmed the phone number was the same phone number that was on the receipt so I know I was not calling the wrong store.
She then told me I could come in and they could fix it instead of just refunding the money for the missing add-ons from the sandwich. Considering we live in a time of modern technology, it shouldn’t be a big deal to reverse a four dollar charge to a card.
The food was “edible” (drenched in dressing, not much meat when I asked for double meat and it looks like they just took handfuls of vegetables and stuffed them on the sandwich before smashing the sandwich until the bread had cracks in it), but for the hassle, we will just take our business to Jersey Mike’s. At least they can get the sandwiches right.
If you are going to hire children, at least teach them to properly make a sandwich. Have fun losing business over $4 dollars.
