Placed a mobile order… got to the location and the drive through was not in order. People were waiting over an hour for their food while employees with headsets just walked around doing nothing. Customers were walking out. I canceled my order! Won’t come back to this location.

The past 2 times I have visited this location my order has been incorrect, somehow no lettuce turns into purple cabbage and cheese quesadilla into chicken, the receipt was correct, although my order was not, it takes a certain type of person to mess up something that simple. Do not expect to receive changes you've made to items, these people are incompetent.

I went to get food and showing up no one was in line the time was 11:40 pm and they close at 1 am I go to the drive through and they ask if I’m using my mobile app and I said no then they responded with we are closed right now we are only taking Mobil orders or door dash and I said but it says you close at one and she said unfortunately we are understaffed and proceeded to say they were closed. I guess I just don’t understand how you’re closed but open til 1am and still accepting orders.

Not only missing part of my order but the sauce ramekin stacked in another sauce (which is paid for even if it’s 50 cents) was definitely NOT an accident. That’s something servers would do at any restaurant I worked at when they were annoyed with an order. Not to mention I was being friendly, but she had an attitude with me the whole time. Still not sure why. (Girl with the piercings)

So today me, my mom , brother and step-dad had taco bell for lunch . I had the supreme lux box . It was good 👍. The service was good 👍. I will definitely be returning to the boerne taco bell

They were also out of several products that I had ordered and didn't inform me. I waited in the Drive-Thru line for over 31 minutes before receiving my order.

If you ever close the inside 40mins before 12 I'm gonna get angry
Doesn’t stay open as long as they say that they do. I showed up 15 minutes before close and they send that they were about to close so they wouldn’t take the order… and drove over 15 minutes to get there. Also rude. Like I had the audacity to show up before they closed. 👎🏼

Ordered @ drive thru management is a joke staff is a joke!! Doesn’t make anything correct chooses to not answer the phone for complaining about the situation!! This is a crap place pass this place 100% ever!!!!!!!
