This taTaco Bell doesn't look like much because it's attached to a gas station, but I always have fast service. Food is always fresh, and they always get our order right.

The last time I was in this establishment I had order a taco and burrito bundle box, I had asked for napkins and hot sauce. When I received the box I was told napkins and hot sauce are in the box. Enjoy!, not to my surprise. No napkins, no hot sauce. My tacos were dripping with some liquid. The wrapping paper around the tacos was soaked. I have no idea what this substance was and I never received a crunchy taco soaked, for the price you have to pay. Very disappointing. I'm pretty sure it might have been mop water or something else. Hoping not something else. Did not eat them. Waste the money

Now they want everything to be ordered remotely or from a kiosk. I thought McDonald’s was already doing pretty bad forcing this.
Won’t even consider Taco Bell anymore.

Got me a crunch wrap supreme today.........it was about 90% lettuce. I don't think I need to say anymore......The 2 Chalupas were on point but the Quesadilla had almost nothing inside. I was at the counter looking over the menu and was forcefully directed to use the robot self service. Sorry but if you got a customer at the counter, do your restaurant a huge favor, take the order and move on. Kicking me to the curb and telling me you only take orders if I do all the work at your robot is exactly why your business is slowly but surely failing. Big Thumbs down!!
Parking: Parking is a bit difficult due to the drive thru line passing thru where you can park. You have to wait in the drive thru line to get to an open space and then when it is time to leave you have to gently force your way back into the drive thru line to leave and then you have to wait in the drive thru line until it gets to a certain point before you can get out of line and get back on the road. Move the restaurant to a better location!!!!!!!!!

hair in my crunchy taco meat :(( employees inside were kind and offered to remake my food, but i chose to recieve a refund instead. i usually have a decent experience at this location and i come by often after work, but i might not return. i can understand a lapse in food quality or a missing item, but contaminants in food is a no-go for me. i did see an employee without a hat/hairnet.

Was forced to use drive truh even tho schedule says lobby closes at 11 pm, arrived at 1010pm and guy working inside very rude and can’t honor the lobby hours definitely false advertisement even online has same schedule. Not everyone likes to use drive truh all the time
They forgot to put 2 taco supremes in our order and we noticed when we got home. Called them and they said they can’t do refunds on the phone. How can you be a multi national fast food chain and not be able to do refunds? As a small business owner, I can offer refunds with one click of a button and about 5 seconds of time. Terrible service!
