They have their good days and their bad days... My recent order was fairly sloppy. Put together, and I find it to be kind of unacceptable due to the fact it wasn't busy at the time?.. And it's unacceptable due to the prices?of the food.. Truth be told, you can spend the same amount of money at an authentic Tex-mex.And I know the pay. There is a fairly decent, so take pride in your work because it reflects on you as a person?
Manager literally refused to take my order made me use the kiosk( she was standing at the register doing nothing) then they told me they weren’t even going to take my order(a single Baja drink) amateur

I wish i could give less than one star for service. Went through the drive thru and the person on the bell was nice at first asking how our day was until they werent. I was nice back for the first impression until after saying a few items the person on the bell became increasingly more irritated with us gaining quite a big attitude and was extremely rude. We stopped ordering for a moment to which we were asked in a horrible tone “is that all?”. By far the worst experience and i don’t understand the point in taking frustration out on customers. ?♂️
