Customer service was absolutely amazing. Ambience was wonderful with a Texas accent. Food was delicious.

Bevy Restaurant had a good Thanksgiving Buffet. Customer service was very attentive. We enjoyed ourselves.

After all the reviews and they were pretty good we decided to try this for Thanksgiving! To say the least the offerings were pretty disappointing ! Not a whole lot for gluten-free and the prime rib was very tough! We had several cuts from several different ones and everybody thought it was tough! The charcuterie tray left a lot to be desired as there was only cheese and crackers no meat whatsoever to be found! You would think that with Thanksgiving there would've been mashed potatoes but there were none to be found! But we came and we tried it and now we know!

The food was excellent. However, I was required to make the reservation for our group on Open Table app. When I arrived at the appointed time, there was no table set up for us and the person said we did not have a reservation. However, when he looked again Guess What. We did have a reservation! So he had to hurriedly set up a table for us!

We are locals (group of 5) and decided to try this restaurant. Made a reservation which was completely unnecessary - we arrived at 6:15 and there was one other table seated. This was the Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend. The restaurant looked dark and uninviting, and the host already seemed overwhelmed when we arrived. Turns out he was the only person working the restaurant that evening. Heck, he may have even been cooking the food because he would be gone for really long periods of time. The restaurant did start to fill up during our TWO HOURS there. When the food finally arrived, the steak was rare on the steak salad that was ordered as medium well, so that immediately went back to the kitchen and didn't come back until all the others in the party were almost done eating their meal. The salad also didn't have the dressing it was supposed to have, but we didn't dare ask for it as we were already about to tear our hair out trying to get out of the place. Eventually someone from the front desk came to help out the sole restaurant worker. I literally had to put both arms in the air and wave down someone to try to get someone to bring our check. We then went to the bar to pay so we didn't have to wait further to pay the bill. AVOID this restaurant. Go across the street to Las Palapas and get a good meal for a fraction of the cost. The only positive thing I can say is that the cocktails were good. Do better, Bevy!

Bartenders and staff are the best. Their ribeye is delicious and the drinks are always great.

Food from the menu was better than the buffet. The biscuits were delicious- light any fluffy. Typical hotel food overall.

While this is a very lovely environment, and the menu looks great, the experience didn't live up to them. Our server was nice, but delivered drinks in stemmed glasses holding them by the rim. He did not write down our order, and when he repeated it back, got it wrong. We ordered the Brussels sprouts appetizer which had great flavor but seemed as though it had been cooked earlier and reheated. They were supposed to be crispy but were soggy. Our entrees were all served room temperature and steak over cooked. I ordered the rosemary fingerling potatoes, but I was served new red potatoes that had zero seasoning of any kind. The truffle mac and cheese was not creamy and had no truffle flavor. Overall just an expensive, "meh" experience.

Manager worked hard to ensure our party of eight had a quiet table. Server was excellent and came back several times to ensure our food was good and to keep our beverages in good shape.

My husband and I chose to stay at the Bevy for our anniversary. Phillip(GM) and staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. We did have an unfortunate interaction with the evening bartender where he scolded us for having a bottle of wine at the pool that the GM provided us. Then, at dinner while feeding my toddler he screamed across the bar to me, “no outside food ma’am!” I moved my child and fed her elsewhere. The room was lovely and we will be back and won’t be sitting at the bar.

Great food! Albeit a little pricy. I went on a special Valentine's dinner, so I'm not sure how this compares to regular meals. Service was the only thing that was lacking -- but I'm willing to accept this might be a result of staffing on a holiday celebration.

Not the best experience in my opinion. They didn't provide the attention I was expecting and the food was ok at best

Restaurant was a bit quieter than the lobby bar, which was busy and had live music. Food was very good. Service was friendly. It took a while to get our food, but we were overall happy. Hidden gem.

Our server was very attentive and cheerful. The food was quite tasty. It was a girls night out. The cobbler was huge and delicious! It was shared by four of us. Only thing is it takes some time which we were unaware of. It was worth the wait

Definitely order the brussels sprouts (even if you don't like them because you just may!) and the shrimp and grits. (Lord have mercy - the grits!) Our server was not only professional and attentive but enjoyable.
