We were there for the Mother's Day brunch buffet. They had a very wide selection of food from seafood to hot dishes, including a salad bar with lots of options. Overall food quality was excellent. The only challenge we had was with the tomahawk steak, which was undercooked, but to their credit they offered to cook us another steak to our temperature preference. Overall, an excellent experience for brunch. 
Our Easter buffet was outstanding! We were very impressed. The dining area is very beautiful. The food presentation, food temperature, variety. The attention to details and the friendly and courteous staff was excellent.
The food was wonderful We had brunch which had a great menu I had the Lobster Benedict which was amazing and my friend had the Bevy which was huge ! Good bloody Mary but could have used a little more booze Other than that a delightful brunch was had by all !

The hotel management must have made the assumption that because the hotel bookings were low, the restaurant wouldn't be busy. However, they present themselves as a full service restaurant, so when the Sunday crowd arrived, they found themselves with only one server and one kitchen staff. Both folks tried their best, but it was too much to be that understaffed. We had made a reservation on Open Table for 6 AND confirmed it, but when we arrived the hostess/server told us that she didn't think we were coming b/c she had sent a text we didn't answer - so no table was set up for us. I never received a separate text from her either, but, again, confirmed on Open Table. Food was fine - soup a bit salty.

Showed up for our reservation for 5 people at 7pm. First thing we were told is the restaurant closes at 8pm even though their website says 9pm. We were the only ones in the seated area and the bar area was half full. Took 59mins from the time we were seated to the time our order arrived. Only part of our drink order came and we had to remind them about the missing drinks. We had no napkins/silverware until we asked for it when the first half of our table's food order arrived. Sweet potato fries were rated as very good. Street tacos were good, burgers were average. Brisket sandwich was burnt on one side to the point of almost inedible. We are long time Boerne residents and wanted to see what the Bevy Restaurant had to offer. Unfortunately, the first impression is not a good one. With so many good places to eat in Boerne, we unfortunately will not be recommending the Bevy Restaurant based on our experience

This is a great hotel if you are traveling on the outskirts of San Antonio. The staff is fabulous - check-in was perfect (with a hot cookie!) and bartender the same. Ate at the B Lounge in the hotel and highly recommend the Luis Style Smoked Brisket Cheese Sandwich (unless you have heart problem!). As a Diamond member was able to get comp coffee at Bevy Brew. The room was clean, comfortable and the entire property seems brand new. Highly recommended.

I am extremely pleased that we chose to stay at this hotel. The hotel and room were immaculate, staff was very courteous and accommodating and the cocktails were phenomenal! It is near everything (restaurants, gas, grocery store, mall and spa). If ever in area again, I will definitely return to this hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3-4 times now and every time, the staff always has a smile on their face and show appreciation of guests. I always feel very welcome there. Housekeeping and maintenance staff do not “hide” from guests but greats them in a friendly way. The hotel is always well kept and maintained.

Things started off well—very nice upscale & relaxed atmosphere. Waitress was quite pleasant but it took way too much time to get our cocktails & over 30 minutes to get our food. We ALL ordered salads, two with grilled shrimp on them, but even grilling the shrimp should not have taken over 30 minutes. It appeared that she was working alone & overwhelmed. There were only 4 tables occupied so am not sure what the issue was, but she said there was a big group order, but we never saw them & they were not there when we sat down. There was a table near us with 2 people & they got their “cooked food”—no salads way ahead of us receiving our food &they sat down more than 30 minutes after we did & also ordered after we did. Clearly the kitchen lacks experience handling more than one or two tables! They should have had more waitress help!

Very nice hotel. Clean, great location, professional staff. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. River Park is close by. Great water pressure. On-site Restaurant available all day. Not much of a variety but doable, best to eat in. Off highway. Fast elevators. Good size conference rooms. Newer property, good-sized outdoor pool. Limited channels. Rooms are a nice size. Not really kid friendly.
I love this hotel. It’s very nice and just the right size. The staff were extra accommodating. The food was great and the pool was a lot of fun. We will definitely stay here again! The front desk staff were extra nice and made us feel very welcomed!

We stayed here for a last-minute trip as the hotels in San Antonio and Fredericksburg were either booked or too expensive. The rooms were nice, a good size and clean. They do a buffet breakfast, but check first as it wasn't on one of the days we were there. There is also a bar, but it closes early, so you can either get a drink at the restaurant opposite the hotel or they do have some near the reception area you can buy. Overall a good visit and would d gladly stay there again. One point of note, our sat nav kept sending us to the wrong place so watch out for that.

Lovely hotel centrally located in the Texas Hill country. Convenient to shopping downtown Boerne as well as day-tripping to Luckenbach, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Ingram, Hunt. Leakey and Garner State Park. Good restaurant, great pool, bar, ample parking.

Not open at 9:30am on a Saturday because supposedly they only have 1 person that works it and that person had an emergency. Not believable, and no business runs on one person being able to do something.The food and bev director was very nice, but I have been to hotels where they have people from the front desk making lattes at the coffee shop. Maybe it's a case of "we just can't find any good help".
