My daughters (ages 9 and 13) have loved The Bubble Tea Factory for years—but it’s truly better than ever under the new ownership! The customer service is friendly and attentive, the prices are just right, and the menu has something for everyone. We always recommend the classic bubble tea with Boba—it’s a favorite in our family! Unlike many other Boba spots, this one is incredibly kid-friendly, which makes it a go-to treat destination for us. It’s wonderful to have such a fun and welcoming local gem in the community.

I have always enjoyed a good royal milk tea with tapioca from Bubble Tea Factory and just recently had the best one ever!! Braxton made me the most perfect Tapioca royal milk tea ever and I cannot wait to go back and get another one!!

Kind friendly staff. I had a small lavender milk tea with passion fruit boba 50% sweet, my daughter had a strawberry/coconut smoothie with strawberry boba 50% sweet, my son had a bubble soda, and my husband had a coffee kraken 50%. So good!

I love coming here when I travel into Boerne for business. It's in a very convenient spot, quick to get in and out, and the customer service is on point! My favorite part though is the VOLUME of drink I get. Many of the boba shops in San Antonio give you such small drink sizes. Here I can get a large and barely finish it. Black milk tea with pearls isv the best!!! Can't wait to come back for more.

My daughter and I visited The Bubble Tea Factory for the first time in a while. It was great! We had their newly added dirty sodas and they were amazing! Their revamped menu looks awesome and we can’t wait to go back and try more menu items! Braxton did an amazing job waiting on us and helping us decide what to order. Will be back soon!

Been here several times on various day of the week/times. We usually go for the frappe/tea. Service is friendly, but relatively slow once you order. Even when we've been the only ones in line it has taken up to 10 minutes to get our first item completed. If you get there with several people in front of you, expect to wait...we've waited up to 30 mins to get our's when there are more than 10 people in front of us. Our most recent visit showed they were out of 3 of our first 4 flavors of frappe (could be back-ordered or just falling behind). Hopefully management will be a bit more proactive and not let items run low.
