I’ll give 2 stars because the drink was actually good, however, the girl at the counter could not get off her phone after we ordered to actually start making our drinks. Someone actually had to say something to get her to stop looking at her phone. That is downright ridiculous. Visit was on 09/05 in the evening time. What a shame, because you all actually improved on the flavors.

The customer service is friendly and attentive, the prices are just right, and the menu has something for everyone. We always recommend the classic bubble tea with Boba—it’s a favorite in our family! Unlike many other Boba spots, this one is incredibly kid-friendly, which makes it a go-to treat destination for us. It’s wonderful to have such a fun and welcoming local gem in the community.

I have always enjoyed a good royal milk tea with tapioca from Bubble Tea Factory and just recently had the best one ever!! Braxton made me the most perfect Tapioca royal milk tea ever and I cannot wait to go back and get another one!!
