James was spectacular! My daughter is really shy and doesn't like to talk to strangers. I was trying to get her to order for herself. He was so kind and so helpful in pulling her out of her shell. Great employee!!!
Been here several times on various day of the week/times. We usually go for the frappe/tea. Service is friendly, but relatively slow once you order. Even when we've been the only ones in line it has taken up to 10 minutes to get our first item completed. If you get there with several people in front of you, expect to wait...we've waited up to 30 mins to get our's when there are more than 10 people in front of us. Our most recent visit showed they were out of...
Honestly, not overly impressed with this location's offerings. Service was friendly, and the place was clean, but the products themselves were overpriced for what you got and the taste was not up to the level of competition.
