We had a great time seeing Mario Flores and Diamond Rio. Venue is really nice, bathrooms clean, bartenders were very friendly. We did purchase a 6 top which were "VIP" but never once did a waitress come to our table. We had to get our own drinks. So not sure what the VIP status was about?! ?? We would go again but certainly not pay for VIP table.

I enjoyed myself very much. The people there were very friendly and the drinks were very reasonable. Very nice venue.

The venue, facility, food, drinks and service are top shelf.

The inside stage and bar have excellent acoustics. We saw the Rick Cavender band and loved them, and the Roundup staff and facility were attentive and friendly.

Interesting little spot for live music. It’s a mostly outdoor venue, so if there’s weather coming, I would try to contact the venue. (Although admittedly, I have no idea what their inclement weather policy or communications looks like.)There were plenty of bars to order drinks, a few food trucks, and lots of space to dance. (The women’s bathroom is kind of small, IIRC there were 3 stalls. I don’t know about the men’s bathroom. Lol. There were also a few porta-potties.)There is VIP reserved seating available. The tables are picnic-style. The VIP seating areas are terraced, so you get a pretty good view of the stage from pretty much wherever you sit.The stage is elevated so if you’re on the ground floor, you still get a good view. You’re also allowed to bring your own chairs, too! There were a handful of people who took advantage of that option. The sound quality was very good and not “too loud.” We could hear it clearly in the seated areas but it wasn’t deafening in the dance area.I took off a star because the venue charges for parking. $20 for slightly closer, “better” parking or $10 for parking a little further away. (Honestly though, there’s not a big difference in distance.) My main complaint about having to pay for parking is that 1. It’s not well advertised on the site or the tickets and 2. It’s the same property! There is no alternative parking, so you *have* to pay for parking. At the venue you already paid for tickets at… Why not just add a fee to the ticket?

This is our new, favorite place to see live country music! It is very family friendly. It has a modern flair to it. It's an "open" area type bar with lots of tables for you to purchase for the show. There aren't any bad seats either. They all face the stage and the tables are on a tiered deck. The owner is also a great singer for a great country band - Mario Flores and The Soda Creek band!. If you love the 90s Era country - then Mario and The Soda Creek band are it!Give them a look. They always are booking great bands!

We paid over $500 for a VIP table for the Bellamy Brothers event 6/4/23. Our area had one waitress who checked on our table only once in 3 hours. We purchased 3 beer buckets up at the bar during the concert… the first was $28, the second was $38, and the last was $48!! With no explanation for the price difference. VIP tables are NOT worth it at this venue. Restrooms only have 3 stalls and are cramped and not monitored for trash or mess. Do not believe promises of table service or other benefits of paying more for VIP tables at Roundup in Bergheim.

Pretty cool place to come with the familyIf u coming to a concert they charge $10 parking $20 for vip parking which isn’t much of a differenceThey have a food truck and the beers are $8 each.I was just a little concerned that I asked for water with ice and they said they only sold bottled water so we had to buy it, but it seemed like everyone else was being brought water with ice by the waitresses, but maybe it was water with vodka or something else so I was a little confused. The place is huge and everyone is super nicePs..watch out for the cops as u leave towards I-10 when it’s over because there are tons of them and the speed limit is 55 driving back

Great spot for local music or bigger bands. It's an outdoor venue and has plenty of space to watch your favorite artist from anywhere at the venue. There are occasions that will offer vip seating. Those are on a deck facing the stage. These are not up front but allow you to have a table and chairs and access to a bar.

We do a lot of concerts, this was a very nice outdoor venue with plenty of space. The service was good considering the amount of people can get overwhelming at times. Plenty of restrooms considering amount of people was not that bad. We will definitely be back !
