If I could give no stars I would. I was asked to pulling mobile order to wait for my food. I had to go inside after ten minutes. They had my food just sitting in a bag on the warmer like wth. Seriously laziness. Never again.

Came here to shoot a video for my YouTube channel as I review the krabby patty meal. Came in to music blasting in the lobby. I can’t distribute music I don’t own or they get 100% of assets. Also food was cold. Surprised my frosty wasn’t melted

Enployees complain when placing an order. Always understaffed. Last 3 times coming here I was made to feel bad for ordering food because “there are only 3 of us that work here”.
Should work on customer service. I know it’s fast food but this location could have so much more business if employees were the least bit friendly.

We’ve tried a few times and something always weird happens. The first time we went there no one ever spoke to us at the drive through. So we left. The second time we were told they could only accept cash we gave them cash for our meals and they were ok. Another time we were told to wait a few minutes and they would take our order but no one came back. I love Wendy’s and I am sad that they are the worst Wendy’s in have ever been to.

The Wendy’s here in Boerne was very unenjoyable. The bacon fries were terrible, the burger was average and the Coke tasted like Coke. And the atmosphere felt like a very poor McDonald’s.
The food is always delicious and I’ve never gotten my order wrong at this location. However, the lobby and dine in section of the restaurant could be a little more well kept than it is.
