I've eaten here but I will never eat here again. When you walk inside it smells like sewage.. you wonder why there's never any cars in the parking lot in the dining room is never full.. this is why. I will guarantee you this is why.. I didn't know, I've been getting orders through the drive-thru.. and I'll never eat here again.. and if you were smart you probably wouldn't either because there is definite health code violations here. I'm 100% sure.. no restaurant is supposed to smell like sewage.. there is a ventilation problem at minimum.. and the place shouldn't be open for business.. . that's a fact Jack.. or Wendy !!! Teat it down and rebuild a new one with a new septic system.. unbelievable

Last time I eat here. Ordered in drive-thru, unwrapped Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger 2 blocks away to eat...it was cold. The buns were refrigerator cold. Two tasteless dry bites later I bagged it as inedible trash. What has happened to Wendy's? Used to be a decently fresh (though fast food) burger. Don't even think about going to the one at DeZavala & Vance Jackson!

Chicken was dry and even though was supposed to be “spicy” was bland and tasteless. No ketchup in either dispenser and staff seemed woefully undertrained. Definitely was not worth the expense for the experience

Stopped in on my way out of Bandera to grab a late night bite to eat. I have NO words. Ordering was easy enough with an attentive employee but when it was my turn at the window, I should’ve run away while the ditching was good. When the person who took my order opened the drive thru window a plume of steam/smoke billowed out like Wendy and her angsty friends were in the back hotboxing mom’s smokes. Everyone knows what old frying grease smells like, so I already knew my fries might be a goner. Got my drink OK, got my food bag. Ripped into the fries, they were hot and crispy, but definitely fried in old grease but ate them anyway because, French fries…but! When the burger was on deck it was absolutely uneatable.

wow how is this place still in business. not the first time i've been there and it's lacking everything. service abrupt and rude. today they actually gave me COLD FRIES? aren't they usually at least in a warmer? cheeseburger awful. they get 1 star because the cup of water had ice in it.honestly just stop and go out of business if you can't handle the basics. so many bad reviews i see. last time i go here.
