wow how is this place still
in business. not the first time i've been there and it's lacking everything. service abrupt and rude. today they actually gave me COLD FRIES? aren't they usually at least in a warmer? cheeseburger awful. they get 1 star because the cup of water had ice in it.honestly just stop and go out of business if you can't handle the basics. so many bad reviews i see. last time i go here.

Never,ever go back to the Boerne Wendys. Couldn't understand the person taking my order, and when the order came for two biscuit and sausage, which should have been three dollars, the bill was 5.40. I live seven miles from Boerne, and when I opened up the sack, there was one sausage that was literally black. It smelled burned. Not driving back into town, but no excuse for an employee putting a burned product out for a customer.

Me and my wife went inside, worse experience ever in any fast food restaurant, flies everywhere. We watched over 10 servings of fries under heat lamp, am given to customers in drive thru orders. When we received our food I asked for fresh fries and told manager that shouldn’t be acceptable manager took our order and threw it on the counter very aggressively an rude, I asked for a number to file a complaint and wasn’t given one, this is the way Wendy’s allows its employees to react under pressure and after other employees approached us apologizing and said they been complaining about this anger an nothing has ever been done..

I’ve been to the Boerne location only twice the first time they were really rude and we didn’t receive all of our items
But, I thought maybe it was just that day whatever.
Weeks pass and I order food through the app and ordered the new brownie milk shake, NOT the regular ice cream version that Wendy also has. I’ve seen the difference of them and no matter what we asked or said they still told us that we were wrong and it only comes in one form….
Now, if that were the case I would have just bought the cheaper one and called it a day but at this point I’m just left feeling like I paid for things I didn’t actually order with no kindness when confronted with the fact that they messed up and didnt wanna fix it when honestly it something simple and I was trying to be genuine about it. (although when is it’s a customers job to de-escalate a situation, place, or person of an establishment that I don’t even work for?)… it’s just weird

We were the only people there the first and second time, so there should be no reason as to why their attitude is so uptight, no reason as to why the food quality taste worse than other locations and absolutely no reason to mess up orders the way they do when their not even dealing with a rush.

Honestly, I barely started ordering food from Wendy’s near my work. and it was actually pretty good. But, Since moving and going to this Wendy’s, I truthfully don’t know the next time I ever will order again (just from my experiences) but it will never be from this location again.

Frosty machine never works you wait in line and you finally get there and put your order in and they tell you the machine is not working. This is all the time at this store. You’ll need to get a new machine or post a sign stating that it’s out of order so we don’t have to wait

They really need to work on customer service here . The older , short lady is always so rude. She acts like she hates her job. Then we smile and say think you and she says “mmmhm” . I know people have off days but she is like this every time. The food is decent. But I just can’t get over how this lady treats customers . It’s wild.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The old lady behind the counter was rude and was literally yelling and cussing the whole time we were there. The food was dry and cold, the fries literally had brown burned fries in them. The same older lady checking you out and handling money would immediately turn around and prep fries with her nasty hands. So gross!

A decent drive thru, a little bit of a challenge entering when traffic is moderate to heavy. It sits on one of the busiest intersections in town. Quick to prepare the food, all in all a pretty good experience.
