We had to leave after waiting for quite a while with no menu. Finally got menus after several minutes, but no one would even take our drink orders. It got to the point where we felt like it was weird, so we decided it was time to go elsewhere.

The food use to be great! The waiter was the only good thing! He did an awesome job..: food was disgusting…. The shrimp weren’t even gulf shrimp…. Wont be back…. Our dog won’t even eat it lol

Called ahead and was told it was a 15 minute wait. Got there and my friends with darker skin then me Were treated rudely . They were trying to get in and the owner came over and told them to shut the door and that it was going to be over an hour wait. My friend Told him that when she called, they said 15 minutes. And he rudely told her that he was the owner. I can’t help but feel that the reason she was treated like this was because of her beautiful Tan. Since all the people surrounding her was not treated like that and they did not have dark skin, I will never be back.

I ate there today at the one at Crystal Beach in Galveston Texas. Let's get started with the food 🤢 they fried the chicken fried steak in the same fryer as the fish made me sick next my grandmother got the fish not cooked all the way and her crab cake was unreal it was burned next we got sweet tea not sweet at all and our drinks smelt like chlorine and tasted like it also it burned the back of our throats and heads up after your first refill you start paying for refills at the start we were thinking about leaving in mad we didn't and the view don't get me started on that there was no view trashy at the back and everything at the back of the store it smelt like cigarettes and there clearly is a sign no vaping or smoking our waiter was not helpful anything we needed we had to go looking for him I don't know his name and he has a rbf or he's just mad pros are the apatisers were good we got Union rings and fried mushrooms the bath rooms were very clean and the cheese burgers we good but that's all I have to say hooe this helps

I called to place a to go order at 6:05pm. The guy on the phone was rude and said, it’s gonna be awhile before sure we are really busy. He said, it won’t be ready until around 7. I said, ok no problem. I walked into the door at 7:00 and my phone rang. I answered it and it was him, complaining that my food had been ready for a long time and he was wondering when I was going to pick it up. I walked to the back to get it and I said you told me it would not be ready until 7. Well, as he drank his beer, he said that he did not say that. At that point I was just ready to get out of there. I grabbed the three burgers and went back to our cabin. All three burgers were made incorrectly. Will NEVER be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I visit this place every chance I get when I’m down here. This is my third time this trip. I’m taking it to go to the beach with me! The cheesesteak tastes exactly like I remember it from almost 10 years ago. The owners here are amazing and the staff is just as exceptional! Thank you guys for another great visit! After eating 3 this trip, I can’t believe I didn’t get a picture of 1. I kept eating them too fast!
