We dined last night and our service was awesome. Our server made sure we had everything and checked in multiple times. It was refreshing to have because customer service in all areas is horrible these days. I didn't catch his name but he did an awesome job! Pizza was great also!
Mattis is an excellent server and made you feel welcome and good. As she waited on you? She you set you down at the table and make you feel like you're in a restaurant. Great server.
Get off the Apps. Get off your couch. Go to the restaurant and eat! If you truly want a good, hot fresh pizza...GO INSIDE! A pizza is never going to be great after being in a car for 20-30 minutes to be delivered. It appears most of these 3 or less stars are from Apps (GrubHub and the like), delivery and to go orders.
