Love me some Sam's smoked brisket. My favorite BBQ in Bonham and this is where the farmers eat, so you know it's good. Brisket is so tender, potato salad and beans are delicious too. He is only open until 2.
There is two different ratings in my review but I'm showing the highest one. The bbq we had today is a solid 3 Stars. I had the chopped sandwich and a coworker had the sausage sandwich. We both enjoyed our sandwiches very much. We both chose the potato salad which looked delicious but was very vinegar based so neither one of us ate more than a few bites. Worth the detour.Their fried okra reminded me of my grandpa's homegrown okra. Ate the entire side on my own and didn't share.The hot link was delicious. Potato and coleslaw was tasty and full of flavor. Tender smoked meats and refreshing fresh brewed iced tea.
