I just left a review under Denise vH a couple days ago after a lovely experience with Jennifer. That was my second stop at Scooters and she remade a drink that was poorly made the first time I was there. I really liked the coffee she made me and have returned as she makes a great coffee.
However I'm leaving a new review under my business name as I went there today, Jennifer wasn't there, at 11:39 on 1/2, only to have a horrible experience with the gal who made my coffee. When I asked the sweet young lady at the register what the name of the woman who made my coffee was after a horrible interaction with her, I could hear said lady yelling to cashier not to give me her name. I said that's ok because she's pretty unforgettable with short, curly, multi-colored hair.
I will say exactly what I told the woman who made my coffee: I'm not stupid. I'm 57 years old and know perfectly well when an employee has an attitude toward me and it's not a nice one. I left wanting to cry. I'm sure that employee has a different take and feels justified to have said what she said to me, argue with me and refuse to make things right, but I will now never forget how she made me feel. I don't want to have to call ahead to see if Jennifer is there before I order a coffee to know I will be treated kindly and get a consistently well made coffee.

I'm very picky, down to proportions and color. I can almost always tell when my coffee drinks are well made just by looking at them. Great offerings and great taste.

I go buy scooters a lot and get coffee a lot. Every time I go I ask them what their recommendations are. And I usually go with their recommendation, I haven't had anything theirs that I haven't liked. The girls are always sweet and kind and very upbeat not to mention their managers is as cute as can be but I give them five stars on everything , because everything i've had , there has been perfect and delicious.Keep it up guys and thank you timothy

They couldn't figure out how to use the card reader, they finally handed it to me and I got it to go through. Then, it turns out the amount they charged me was $10 more, and they wouldn’t refund it to my card. Instead they offered me a credit towards the next purchase when a manager is in store.
For those Red Bull lovers I highly recommend trying the infusion duo flavors. Personally the strawberry horizon is my favorite, highly recommend it!

As soon as I tried Scooter’s I knew I would choose it over the other coffee spots in Bonham. Not only do I like the options better, but the staff is always so happy to be working. Jennifer constantly serves with a smile! I find myself getting coffee than usual just because of the staff!
