Hands down, the best vanilla malt I have ever had from any Braums location. The service and hospitality from every employee, refreshing! One employee in particular, Gabe, went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This location has definitely set a higher bar for all others!
20 minute wait for 2 burgers and they weren’t hot when we got them, neither were the fries.
Not sure how that many employees can’t get the napkins restocked.
The food lived up to Braum’s standards, it was fresh and delicious
The bathrooms were clean
The shake was delicious - free upgrade was a good deal
