Everyone there was so amazing! The staff was so sweet! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, they where so welcoming! And they made our drinks so perfect with no complaints! Even though my kids wanted some crazy concoction they saw on TikTok! 😆 🤣 😂

Went here this morning and the girl taking my my order (McKenzie) was very rude and only answered my requests by saying, (Mmm-hmm), and “K”. I asked to speak to a manager about it and also asked for a refund. I was only refunded for one out of the two drinks I ordered and payed for. I am waiting on a call back from the DM of this location. I spoke with McKenzie at the wi dow and again she was very rude and arrogant. You should be able to order a drink and get complete sentences or at least be treated kindly. I drove on to Sherman Starbucks and got my coffee and friendly service with a smile!

This is the second visit and the girls working are extremely rude. I have never been to a Starbucks with employees this rude. Those girls need to check there attitudes at the door .

I recently visited this Starbucks and was disappointed to find that, despite having only one seated customer, I was left standing for a considerable amount of time without being acknowledged by any of the three staff members. As someone who values courtesy, I expect to be treated with respect and attention. Unfortunately, when I chose to leave after addressing this issue, one of the staff members sarcastically wished me a good day.

We love this location. They're so cheerful and friendly. They're quick to recognize people and make the experience feel individualized. We recently stopped by and dared to venture inside. My family typically sticks to drive thrus because we have children with life altering disabilities and can be quite disruptive of quiet, polite spaces. The staff at this location were so patient and kind while this tired momma took a heavy moment to herd littles/ kind of sit with a cup of coffee on an exceptionally exhausting day.
