They turn off their mobile order for no reason sometimes. And without mobile order- they can't get any of my orders right ever. It's like they don't hear it in person or something. This location is so inconsistent and it sucks. CANT WAIT for Scooters to open.

Shortest venti ever! Just looked at my sticker. The barista didn’t even take my order correctly and I went to them trouble to walk out to my car to get $2 cash tip. Wished I didn’t now. Not venti skinny vanilla. What if I’d been a diabetic and you messed this up. Listen diligently to your customers order and ask if you’re not sure.

Stereo is so loud I can’t converse with my company. It’s like this everyday. It’s unacceptable. It’s like we walked into a concert and the speakers were blown. Sound quality it terrible and ITS TOO LOUD!!!!
