The only thing I like about What-A-Burger is their deep-fried apple pie. Those are similar what I experienced and enjoyed in the 80's as a child.

This is what I got. Looks like a day-old chicken sandwich that they microwaved. I ordered a grilled sandwich with cheese. I was going to just go ahead and eat it and not complain about it. Took a bite and made me nauseous.

Waited 40 mins in the second drive through. Ridiculous. Young kid was definitely not prepared for work. And our whole order wasn't even in our bags. It's a little ridiculous to spend money and not get the food after waiting 40 minutes

Waited over 30mins for my ORDER AHEAD. That I wanted the recommended time for before even driving to get it. Then after waiting the 30mins I got the wrong order and when I finally got my right order it was messed up. There were 3 people in the back just talking at the drive thru window. Customer service and urgency is horrible. I’d happily drive to Sherman to get better service.
