We loved it! The food was delicious. The proportions were generous. The prices are reasonable. Super clean . There's plenty of parking in the back. And an entrance to the restaurant to enter from the back. Will definitely be back and tell everyone I know about this place. We had the Johnny Ringo and Calamity Jane. And we had plenty of leftovers to take home.

My sisters and their husband's and I went their for sisters bday lunch.. our plates were super.. ordered a takeout plate for my husband.. sausage and ribs.. got them home.. the ribs were all fat.. very little meat.like make 20%... it came with sides. I ordered beans and potato salad . No potato

We just happened to see Hipshots as we were driving through town. So happy we stopped by. The food is AMAZING and the service is even better. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone. Please do yourself a favor and stop in!
Made a to go order for a 2 meat plate w/ brisket and pulled pork. I figured the brisket would be sliced so I was disappointed when I got home to see chopped brisket in my plate. They didn't ask how I wanted my brisket so I thought it would come sliced. Also didn't included any fixings either and I was not asked. For $17 some bread and pickles, onions and jalapeños would be nice.

Waited and multiple employees walked by with no acknowledgment, ask for someone to take my order. I like to also point out there was no one in line and the place was empty. This how you lose a customer..I left and will not return.

All I ate was meat. First time having Texas BBQ. If this is what Texas BBQ is all about I'll stay up North. Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Sausage was all very dry with no initial flavor. All the BBQ sauces are way too sweet even the "spicy one". Defiantly not impressed with Texas BBQ. I only came here due to being top rated but I do not agree. Only thing good about this place was there blueberry sweet tea.
