“In town for a work trip and was given 3 recommendations for a dinner spot. Roma's did not disappoint. Nicole was an excellent server. Friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious and priced well for the portions we received. Highly recommend eating here if you find yourself in Borger.”

“This place was excellent! I came because of the already great reviews, but figured I might as well add my own. I got the KC strip, and it was the best steak I remember having in at least the last 4-5 years. Plus, my baked sweet potato and fried okra were also fantastic. The included dinner rolls and cinnamon roll were a great touch/bonus. On top of that, I sat at the bar, and the service from Victoria was top notch, as was the watermelon margarita she made for me. All that, and the prices are quite reasonable too! Highly recommend and will definitely be back if I'm ever passing through town again.”

“Plaza is superior TexMex. Sadly I love Chili Relleno at the Plaza so much I can't ever order anything else. My family loves their steaks and other goodies. If you like extra picante, be sure to ask for the "back room" salsa. Its extra hot but still full of flavor. We get it with a big bowl of chili con queso. All is great at the Plaza.”
