Nice, small DDD type place. Service was friendly and good. Food was good as well. It had a 1950's feel to the place and was empty. We were only customers there for the entire time, during lunch hour. Not sure what it is, but this is a diamond in the rough, just needs to be tweaked and polished. Business would be good.
I was told this place had good food at great prices. I visited Nu Way diner today and I've got to tell you folks, I had the best hamburger steak, topped with mushrooms and all the fixings, mashed potatoes/brown gravy, seasoned corn and hot roll. The service was excellent, preparation of food was FAST and the price was right!
The Nu Way is back in business and now under new management! Mr. Treats Donuts, which used to be on North Main Street, is now Mr. Treats Nu Way! Be sure to stop in for breakfast or lunch!
