Spent almost $30 on 4 crunchy tacos and a medium drink. I paid almost $1 extra for steak on 1 of the tacos. They put the normal ground beef on all the tacos. No steak. Got a Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca that was watered down. I can drink a watered down drink without Taco Bell. It's over $4.50 almost $5* for a medium, over $6** for a large!, plus no napkins and top it off STALE shells. It's called CRUNCHY tacos for a reason. The fresh taco shells make it or break it cause the cheese, the meat and the lettuce are consistent but the shells are hit or miss. I get fresh taco shells there about 60-70% of the time but when I'm spending almost $30!, I expect it to be fresh EVERY single time! Do better Taco Bell

These guys have screwed up my order three times in a row. I work in food service too. Filling orders isn't hard. Just read your screens! But don't bother calling them if you have a problem. Their managers don't seem to know how phones work.

So came through the drive through two weeks ago and my order was 34 and some change. Handed them my card and they tried to charge it and it was only 30 and some change on my card. I was a little short. I was unaware of a charge that hit my card from a subscription. They got mad at me and then they tried to refund it. And tried to get me to pay the 30 I did have on the card before they charged it, but it didn't refund. I got charged 30 bucks, never got a refund and never got any food. :(
