Dairy Queen Reviews
I want to thank all of yall at the Bowie Dairy Queen for the best service and the smiles yall had even as busy as yall were. I wish we could relocate all of you to the one in jacksboro. the food was excellent and again the service was wonderful. Thanks again
I guess it’s hit or miss but today was a hit. I stopped in around 4 and ordered a combo meal and it was delivered to my car in less than 5 minutes. Hot, delicious and more affordable than I recall in recent times. These are all reasons I’ve stopped coming here but it seems they’re making improvements. Kudos
In 6 months what was consistently excellent is now consistently horrible and its all customer service! Lost 2 customers who stop in multiple times a week. The one now by name Megan as found out from other complaints who have issues there is absolutely horrible and talking to customers dropping F bombs won't be tolerated by us at all! I will speak up and I do not care if costs job even. INEXCUSABLE!!!!!!

Dairy Queen is a restaurant that brings a blast from the past with its older, classic look. The booths, the vibe, and the people give it that small-town, retro feel—like stepping into the ’80s or Stranger Things. Customers praise the food, especially the tacos, which are considered some of the best ever tasted, and the burger, perfectly cooked with fresh veggies and a buttered toasty bun. Visitors also enjoy favorites like the steak finger basket. The friendly staff provides efficient service, often delivering food in less than 5 minutes, and they still take orders on pen and paper, adding to the old-fashioned charm. The restaurant’s improvements and affordable prices make it a great spot for both old and new generations to enjoy. A unique feature is the availability of a vanilla coke. The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and stress-free, making it feel like a small town gathering place. Families appreciate the kid-friendly playground area, and guests can pay with debit cards. Visitors often leave with a smile, especially when staff members go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, sometimes even gifting souvenirs like gnome dolls. Overall, it’s a hidden treasure that combines history, good food, and friendly service.
