Good BBQ is hard to come by—but this spot is definitely our new monthly fix. We had the BBQ sandwich on Texas toast and it hit the spot. If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Hole in the wall BBQ place, which are often good places to find awesome BBQ. That was not the case. Meat was cooked perfectly, tender and moist. However, it was almost completely lacking smokiness or flavor in general. You needed to put BBQ sauce on it for flavor, but I personally just didn't like their sauce. It seemed to have an overwhelming molasses flavor. The smoked sausage was pretty good. Gave them a chance, but it wasn't worth the drive or money. We won't be back.

We had breakfast/lunch here on a Saturday and it was fantastic! A delicious and huge brisket breakfast burrito and chicken fried turkey to die for, highly recommend! Unassuming from the outside but delicious inside 5 stars!

Thank you Cowboys BBQ for catering our son’s 1st birthday on a Sunday! No one could stop talking or asking about the food. We are new to Boyd and haven’t had a chance to eat at Cowboys yet so we weren’t 100% sure what to expect. 10 out of 10! Awesome food and great people to work with! Thank you again! 🙂
