“The BBQ at LOCAL CRAFT in Newark TX takes BBQ to the next Level! Do not pass up this Gem in North Central Texas. These folks know what they are doing. They even serve Pork Belly smoked to perfection and cut like brisket. The beef brisket is the best I have tasted in years, moist and delicious with smoke permeated all through the meat. They use hard Texas Oak unlike alot of other BBQ joints that use lighter woods. The Baked Potato Salad is to die for!!! I cannot wait to eat through the rest of the Menu!”

“Wow! We finally were able to make it before you closed or sold out. Some sides were already gone but they graciously let us choose extra meat or double another side. All the meat is fantastic! I never choose ribs, but they may be my new favorite! Family pack #1 and everything was amazing! Love both the sauces! Still trying to figure out which one is my favorite. We had cookies made for our company anniversary party and they helped create so many fantastic ideas, it was hard to choose. They made it incredibly easy to order and pick-up. While decorated sugar cookies are not my first go to treat-wise, these were fantastic. The cookies were delicious and the frosting was light and tasty. I highly recommend Cookie Momsta DFW, you will not be disappointed. I loved working with Michelle. Thank you!! (P.S. Photos do not do the cookies justice, but I'm getting ready to travel with them, so I didn't want to unpack them.)”

“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.”
