The brisket is the best I have had in a long time. Meat was smoked just right, not overwhelming. But was juicey, and tender. The blackpepper in house made sausage is the best. This is my new go to place. Thanks good job
The BBQ at LOCAL CRAFT in Newark TX takes BBQ to the next Level! Do not pass up this Gem in North Central Texas. These folks know what they are doing. They even serve Pork Belly smoked to perfection and cut like brisket. The beef brisket is the best I have tasted in years, moist and delicious with smoke permeated all through the meat. This will be our forever go-to BBQ! The pork belly melts in your mouth, and the green beans and Mac n cheese are to die for. I've never been a huge fan of brisket, until I tried it from this place. Now I can't get enough! The BBQ sauce is the best I've ever tasted. Thank you for a great meal Local Craft BBQ!!! GO EAT THERE! You won't be disappointed!!
