I do not like BBQ.
I haven't in a long time.
Guess I never found the right one.(except for my father he was a market Mgr for 35 yrs he new how to cook it.)
The meat all looked the same.
Only difference was the sauce.

The brisket is the best I have had in a long time. Meat was smoked just right, not overwhelming. But was juicey, and tender. The blackpepper in house made sausage is the best. This is my new go to place. Thanks good job
