My only complaint is it's too far from my house. But it's worth the drive every single time. Spot on barbecue But I will admit I have driven all the way there just for their fries and craft sauce. A little bit expensive, but worth it.
The food is delicious, especially the BBQ ribs and the old school sandwich, which are even tastier. Their BBQ sauce is yummy. The people are friendly and nice. The place is clean, making it a great BBQ spot overall.

The BBQ at LOCAL CRAFT in Newark TX takes BBQ to the next Level! Do not pass up this Gem in North Central Texas. These folks know what they are doing. They even serve Pork Belly smoked to perfection and cut like brisket. The beef brisket is the best I have tasted in years, moist and delicious with smoke permeated all through the meat.
