Amazing food! Everything I've tried has been awesome. Best brisket ive ever had. Ribs and sausage are killer. His brisket boudain is out of this world. All of the sides are really good. No matter what I'm getting on a given day I have to get me a texas twinkie, best stuffed peppers I've ever had.Can't go wrong with anything here. Derek is a great guy too.

I really must say I'm very satisfied with my choices with NTSB because everything is so fresh and hot. The brisket is great because of the tenderness and bark on it, and the smash burgers are the best on every level, especially loaded. The service is always great. A smiling face is always greeting you when you order, and I work next door. Now I see that the word is out because there are more people who show up for lunch now. So congrats on this great BBQ spot .
