I have been dining here since they opened.. Always great service and friendly staff. I have never had a "bad meal" here.. No matter what my family and I order, it's been very good ! !
we love roosters. their burgers are gmhard to beat and their daily specials are always fantastic. we have never had anything bad off their menu. Their chips, salsa, and queso are better than 99.999% of any mexican food places. The homemade chips, home fries, the jalapeno/onions are hard to choose between because they are all so good. loaded baked potatoes are huge.
Our waitress tonight was a blonde girl in a blue shirt. I think her name was JD? She was absolutely amazing. Wonderful service, great recommendations, and such a great experience. 10/10!

Rooster's Roadhouse offers a varied menu with some standout dishes, such as the delicious quesadilla. The chicken fried steak is much better than the place across the street, as it is actually a steak, and mashed taters come with it. The fried catfish was so good that customers went back for more, and the house-made sauce served with the fries was loved. The loaded nachos and pulled pork sandwich are highly recommended, and the place even offers a fortune cookie at the end. Located on the square in Decatur, it has a fun, down-home atmosphere in a unique old building that is tastefully decorated. The service is generally good, with friendly staff and cold beer. The ambiance and food make it a place visitors look forward to returning to, whether to enjoy more meals or shoot some pool. The beer selection is basic, and some dishes like the chop salad may lack flavor, but overall, the experience is enjoyable and memorable.
