This DQ has always been one of the best in Tx,that is until today when the guy taking my wife’s order at the drive thru window verbally abused her and my niece for not being able to hear his garbled speech over the speaker. This guy was very rude in general.
His behavior cost his employer any further patronage from me or my family in the future.
I think perhaps his gigantic ear gauges were affecting his judgment.
Went through Brady Monday, September 5 and had great service and great food. Super friendly employees and the quickest service we've had at any Dairy Queen. Thank you!
was disappointed because they were not wearing masks like other locations. Not caring for customers well being.
