BT Longhorn Saloon & Steakhouse in Brenham, Texas is a wonderfully rustic gem housed in a truly historic building dating back to the late 1800s — complete with an antique bar from the same era. (I actually worked in this very building when it was a different restaurant back in the early 1990s.)
