we usually go every Friday but 2023 quality starts going down and we stop going but this pas Friday january 2 we decided to go back and sorry is worse meat is so dry no drinks i let the person in charge know machine was out of pepsi and montandow because that what we like to drink and just ignore me and is so bad they i have to go in to the store in front of her to buy the drinks so in my personal opinion we not going back we really miss the old management and personal

Bbq was good...had pork butt and brisket. Green beans need more flavor, but cole slaw was delicious and fresh. I really didn't like trying to order without menu prices.

The only thing that is terrible is customers coming in and being nasty. I’m here almost everyday and all these employees do their job really well. Men’s room is horrible. They just cleaned in an hour before. Crazy.

Wow. What a bad experience! I walk in and am told order at the register. Okay, mind you I’ve only been here once before with family so I needed to see what was available but I follow rules so I do just that. Order brisket, green beans, and a loaded baked potato. Don’t even get a receipt for it. Cool. Am told “we don’t have baked potatoes” about five minutes after I order. Cool. I accommodate even though why should I? Should’ve canceled my order from the lack of customer service alone. Yet I find a replacement and am amicable. While waiting, same guy interrupts the conversation I’m having to ask if I wanted plastic ware. Cool! Grab my food and am trying to get some hot sauce to go ask for a lid for said container and am told “that’s for fine in guest only.” Now what in the world? Am I not a guest in this establishment? Regardless of dining in or to go, did I not patron this place and spend $19.43 on food I didn’t even get because they didn’t have what I wanted? And am looked at CRAZY by your staff because I want some hot sauce togo? I should have looked at you all crazy because what gives y’all the right to treat me like such after being so off putting, so unpleasant, and inhospitable? I work as a bartender in Nashville, TN and am from this town. But you know what? I’ll never dine here again and every bar guest I meet I’ll let them know you can find better bbq at the gas station by Walmart.
