When I ate at this place there was only ONE nice staff member, and apparently he was the only one with common sense. The other workers looked clueless when I ordered my food. The women in the back don’t know I know some Spanish and they’ve badmouthed customers many times and it seems their own staff too. Ordered a Texas double whopper and my food, which took 10 minutes with only two other customers, the manager acted like she didn’t want to remake a simple burger when it was made incorrectly. The fries were not fresh and the environment was definitely not clean. You’re better off just going to the grocery store and making your own food at this point. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

The drinks were not labeled as the correct drink, I got something completely different then what i ordered, store was completely gross and had sticky tables even tho i saw 2 employees just standing on their phones, the person basically snatched the food in my hand when I told them my food was made incorrectly and when they were giving me my new order she basically threw it into my hands (order no tomatoes still got tomatoes so they messed it up twice in 20 mins) DO NOT GO HERE

I understand that Burger King employees are not the “peak of professionalism” however, the two young females working tonight (3/16) were loud, obnoxious and downright unprofessional. They were laughing profusely while I was trying to get my order taken, laughing at the window, and screamed out the window as we were leaving. Absolutely insane!

Ordered online and waited outside they never came. So went through drive through and tried to add a drink but guy said we couldn't. Any burger was good but fried soggy

Arrived at 1pm. I ordered inside...a Mustard Whopper Jr meal. No customers other than myself. No Dr Pepper in the machine. No ice in the machine. Trash all around the area floors. Got my tray and set down, a lady hollered " We gave you the wrong burger"...I had to get up to make the trade. About 4-5 girls in kitchen were having a blast... laughing laughing!!! I asked for the manager. "What's going on here...incorrect burger, no ketchup paper cups, no ketchup, no Dr Pepper, no ice, trash everywhere". The manager stared at me, never uttered a word, turned around and walked away. I was livid. Everyone still having a party in the kitchen. I hollered out, "Hey you girls, stop your fun back there and get to work. This place is a mess"! My Burger King days are over.

usually visit this location 1ce a week, not again. after last night. food was all cold. no waiting at all. food had been prepared long before we got there. even the meat was cold.

So, I decided to try a couple of the million dollar winner burgers, namely, the fried pickle ranch, and the hickory bacon barbecue sandwiches. I’ve had positive experiences from this Burger King in the past, however, the two burgers I had were not very good. The barbecue one barely had any barbecue sauce on it, and wasn’t fresh hot or even Luke warm. The fried pickle ranch did not have any fried pickles. The flavor wasn’t bad, but they didn’t even have any fried pickles and didn’t bother to inform me that they didn’t have the fried pickles. They apologized and offered me something else, but I was pretty disappointed and turned down the offer. If I had known that they were out of the main ingredient in the sandwich, I probably would’ve ordered something else. How do you make a burger knowing that you don’t have one of the main ingredients and not at least let the customer know that it’s missing the main ingredient? I probably will not be going to Burger King again.

Usually we have a great time here. Service good. Food good. Overall wonderful experience. Well today we were sat at the window waiting for close to 10 minutes as the woman who was suppose to be working the window was laughing and talking and never even LOOKED our way. All because she knew it was a pickup order. Doesn't mean we shouldn't be at least looked at and greeted. And when we finally got our food. We got not even a work. All uhhuh and almost shock that we were asking her to make us a sweet tea.. teach her customer service please
